She obviously hates people & has no customer service skills. Jason acts like a used car sells man wheeling & dealing. I brought my vehicle in because something was wrong with the steering. It was hit in a parking lot on the front quarter panel. I asked Jason if someone could test drive it so they could see that it felt as if the steering was loose & somewhat uncontrollable. Jason said they would rest drive it I got a phone call from Michelle saying my car was fine & that they did a wheel alignment. I had another repair shop pick up my car & he called me immediately. The guy was a mechanic & he & his manager went to Gene's to pick up my car. The mechanic said when he pulled out of Gene's parking lot, he had to call a tow truck because my car was dangerous to drive. He said he would never recommend Gene's because Michelle was so incredibly unprofessional by bad mouthing me stating I was crazy because nothing was wrong with my car! The mechanic & his manager stated that if anyone had test drove my car, they would've seen it was dangerous to drive. He also said if they actually performed an alignment, they would've seen the damage to the E-steering, Control Arm, etc. I spoke to Gene about Michelle's rude behavior & what I was left with but he never followed up or got back to me. How sad.

It's been 4 months now still nothing. I call customer service all the time on a weekly asking for update and there's nothing. No one seems to know anything and I have been without a lawn mower for 4 months. Service is unbelievable, unprofessional and it wasted our time completely. I give up. Looks like I just gave them my lawn mower at this point and no resolution was made. Don't waste your time here. It's horrib
