After hearing absolutely nothing--no call, no text, no email--I followed up today, 2/25/2026, only to be told the backorder has now been pushed to 3/16/2026. A delay is one thing. A month‑long extension with zero communication is another. For something as simple as two bolts, this has been far more frustrating than it should be. I never thought a pair of bolts would make me regret buying a Harley, but here we are. Starting to think I should've gone with Indian.

Part of the deal was, Folsom Harley said they would get them fixed. I am aware a used bike may have problems. During the agreed-on repairs, I did not get a single call about my bike being ready or parts coming in (they called me multiple times about someone else's bike just not mine), and I have had to chase them the entire time. The repairs to the bike were agreed upon at purchase and every time I have gone in, they have mentioned charging me except the last time I picked it up or they have flat out not known what is going on. I will say the repairs were completed finally, but their communication is horrible, and if I had not been pestering, the bike would most likely still not be repaired but that is purely speculation on my part. New damage and Service Issues: Bike has been in shop twice since Jan dealing with the promised repairs. First time bike came out with new damage and a soaked primary as they did not wipe it down after the service (Drove it home dripping oil in front of the rear tire, maybe I'm paranoid but not good). Both times bike has come out with new damage, I will list it below. Scratch on tour pack Scratch on Fairing Gouged screen protector. Overall Expierence: My overall take is this, if you want to feel like you're constantly bothering someone, if you want to feel like you don't matter, Buy a Harley from Folsom Harley. My experience with Harley has ultimately made me exhausted of them. I do not even care to ride the Harley I purchased, nor will I ever be back unless it's to exercise my warranty until it's out.

They…read moredidn't bleed the brakes right and left so much fluid around the calipers that it blew into some of the bike's paint and F'd it up. The clutch was Much worse After the flush to which the shop mgr told me that the clutch slave cyl probably needed a rebuilt bc the flush gunked it up. I asked how much to rebuild it, he told me they don't "do that work here"! As bad as that experience was, a couple of week later, I noticed my exhaust was tweeked way out and up, nothing that could happen on the road, I'm pretty certain it happened on their lift and they just didn't say anything! I would never under ANY circumstances take another bike to this shop! You've been warned!

Sean and his team knocked it outta the park! I needed to have the main head/console unit replaced…read morein my wife's car. I damaged it while trying to clean it. I purchased a refurbished one off of eBay. When I called Audio916 to ask them if they could install the unit, Sean was very upfront with me. Gave me very accurate pricing for the job. He also told me that he could install the unit, no problem. But that with these newer vehicles, there is chance that the unit itself might need to be coded and that the dealership would have to do that. He told me he would do everything he could, but that ultimately I may have to have the dealership code it. I took my chances and not only did they do an outstanding job, but his head installer found that the unit I purchased had a defective button. So rather than just leave it, they went above and beyond and fixed that defective button to make the unit perfect! And Sean called me to communicate the issue in real time. I was absolutely ecstatic! They made me feel very well taken care of. And I didn't have to go to the dealership afterall. They did an amazing job! They were very thorough, very professional and really communicative during the whole process. Absolutely top notch! Definitely bring your vehicle here for your car stereo needs.
