I had done a lot of research on lifting my FJ Cruiser and upgrading to bigger tires, but I still wasn't sure if 285/75/16s would fit with a 2.5" front and 1.5" rear lift -- and no BMC. Yasir helped me lock in the Bilstein 5100 setup I had been wanting, and took the time to actually order in different tire options so I could see them in person. I was originally leaning toward a lesser-known brand due to budget concerns, but Yasir was honest about the quality differences. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, which I really appreciated. In the end, I went with my go-to off-road tire: the Falken Wildpeak AT4W. I had done business with Big O for a number of years and had been satisfied with the service. However, the one next to Sunrise Tire and Wheel has been closed for some time now. It was Labor Day Monday and I called Sunrise to see if they were open and they were. The very friendly rep quoted me a great competitive price for 4 tires, and said I could come right now and wait for the work to be done. It felt like maybe they weren't too busy, so I went right down. Upon arriving, they were, in fact, quite busy. I was very pleased and a little surprised that it took them just 38 minutes to install the four new tires. Especially, considering how busy they were. This part was really very good. However... Upon leaving the house a while ago, I noticed a multitude of black spots on both running boards and on all four wheel well trims pieces. As the running boards and trim are gray, the black spots were obvious and disgusting. Apparently, after they mounted the new tires on the vehicle, they sprayed some kind of tire black on the tires, which made them look great. But... there must have been some residual puddles in the rims that blew the tire black all over the running boards and wheel well trims when I left after the install. It took me about 20 minutes using some Back to Black to try and clean up that mess. Some tire black spots still remain after repeated applications of Back to Black. Extremely disappointing!!! read more

Got 4 brand new tires + installation for about $565 for my sedan. It's my daily commuter car so I was looking for quality and affordability. I was in and out within 35 mins near the end of the day. didn't have a low profile jack, had to get someone to lift it up, wasn't even on the chassis point, left me and my lugbolts out in the rain, re-installed the lugbolts without checking if they were hand threaded, used a shop air impact gun and cross threaded my bolts/ hub, didn't even tighten in a star pattern, snapped my steel breaking bar and socket in HALF! had to bring my tools myself and re-do it, did it faster with one hand, got rude stares, looks, employees making jokes/ staring etc. 0/0. My dad needed a 4 wheel alignment on his Lexus SUV. We drove 30 minutes to Gold River and used a Groupon. A nice waiting area with a bunch of nice rims around. A nice older gentleman got the paperwork started and stated it would take 40 minutes. A younger man (likely the son) said it was done after just 15 minutes! He showed us that only 1 off result on 2 tires that were adjusted. Very detailed sheet of the alignment. Good and easy service! My dad recommends them for your alignment and any tire needs. I went to Sunrise Tires and Wheels for a lift job on my 5th Gen 4Runner and they did a great job. They gave me guidance for lift options and addressed all my concerns. They do wheel alignment onsite so you will not have to go elsewhere after the lift is completed. They sell "Method" wheels there so I will be going back to upgrade my factory wheels. In regards to value, it's a little cheaper for them get the parts you want and have them do the work as opposed to you ordering the parts yourself and having a garage do the install. Overall, my experience was very good. Update: I had Sunrise Tire and Wheels change my factory wheels out for Method MR703's in titanium. To summarize what Sunrise Tire and Wheels did for me was lift my 5th gen Toyota 4Runner with Bilsteins 5100 shocks and Struts (1" rear, 2.5" front) and upgrade my wheels to Method MR703's. Update: July 2 2020 Last night I was driving on freeway...my front tire blew out. I looked around for prices. This place did not disappoint... I ended up replacing both front tires They quoted me 157.00 and some change... out the door for 45,000 mile tire with install...everything...i also was looking to buy a Groupon for an oil change. After having a bad experience at M&M Tire and Wheel. I found Yasir on Facebook advertising his leveling packages. I had my own kit with is the same kit he sells. Worked out an installation and alignment package and set up an appointment the very next morning. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman and it was Yasir. He knew exactly what we discussed on Facebook. I was the first customer of the day and he explained to me the installation process. It will take around hour and a half. He also explained what my limitations are if I was going to upgrade my tires in the future. I was extremely tired from working very late and he allowed me to take a nap on his couch in the lobby. I took my custom classic vehicle for some suspension work. When i picked up vehicle my stereo wasn't responding due to shop not turning the ignition off all the way so it drained my $300 gel battery i have in my trunk for stereo system. Had to bring a car in cause one of the tires were getting flat. I figured there was prolly a nail in there and needed it to be fixed ASAP. Called and was told it was $15 to patch it up. Went in and was out within 15-20 mins and they fixed the tire. The worker told me that the other 3 tires were good except for that one with a nail which had low tread.
