This is how to build customer loyalty!…read more I took my bike into The Bike Rack in Oswego today for a tuneup. I assumed I would drop my bike off, get a ticket and hear back in a few days that my bike was ready, when I would return to the shop, pick up my bike and pay $100. Instead, they immediately put my bike on a rack, did a quick diagnostic, made a 15 second adjustment and told me I was good to go. Oh yeah, they spent a few minutes going over a couple of things I should pay attention to so I can bring my bike back before it might need major repairs. No charge for any of this and it took about 15 minutes start to finish. I have very little experience with a business that actually tells you that you don't really need their services. They've made me a Customer For Life! Thanks Bike Rack.

He showed me several that I might prefer but ultimately, there was one that he recommended the most. I wasn't convinced so he told me to take it home for a couple weeks, test it out, then bring it back or pay for it. This while not having to leave any cash or deposit. It was a leap of faith that I really appreciated, so I tested it out and ended up paying for it. Went back in today for yet another component. Gone are my days with an SUV at my disposal so I was in need of a trunk bike rack. The guy who helped me looked up the make & model of my car to ensure that he was only recommending a rack that would work. My car is anti-bike rack....other bike stores in the area couldn't find a single make to accommodate. PPC was not only able to locate a rack that worked with my car, they had it in stock, and the gentleman who helped me also took the time to show me how to install it. Top notch service here, these people truly care about their customers and their needs.

We popped in here last weekend to get some chain oil for our bikes. We didn't have a preference on the type so we were just peeking around. We were greeted when we walked in right away and everyone inside was wearing masks. The open concept here is great so you can easily see the bike selection. They also have a ton of parts and accessories to choose from. The chain oil was appropriately priced and we were able to find it easily. Everything in the shop was neatly organized and they asked if we needed help finding anything. They also have two shop dogs!! I love seeing animals welcome indoors and just lovin' life. We wish we had more time to shop around here because of all the things we didn't have time to check out. Overall, such a warm experience and we recommend if you need any items or repairs for your bike!
