I would have given 5 stars but my second visit wasn't the best. I needed a lot of work done and was…read moretold I could probably get it all done in one appointment. The first appointment was just a routine cleaning/check up. Everything was fine. The hygienist was friendly and another even tried to soothe my baby while I was getting cleaned. I had a bunch of questions and she answered all of them. When asked if I had any cavities she told me maybe 1-2. When the dentist came in she said otherwise. Apparently I needed 8 fillings! I'm not sure how i had 8 cavities because I brush and floss twice a day. Either way it was ridiculous. I was given a quote and scheduled another appointment to get the work done. The second visit is when I got 4 fillings. I had a female doctor. She was friendly and seemed fairly competent. As she's numbing me I notice her hand shaking quite a bit. I wasn't sure if it was nerves or what but I just assumed it'd stop after she got rolling. She ended up giving me 4 shots, each one, hand shaking like a leaf! She wasn't nice and slow about it either. It hurt like hell! Once she got to drilling I had to stop her multiple times because I had a very sensitive tooth she kept hitting with the drill. She said ohhh ok ok. Still kept hitting it. Then, she drilled too far. I almost jumped in pain, she said "whoopsie" in a high pitched voice and kept on like nothing even happened. I try not to judge people or make assumptions but I'm pretty sure she had Indian food or some kind of heavily spiced food before working on my teeth. Her breath was horrendous. You HAVE to breathe through your nose when getting work done so I was screwed for over an hour smelling this awful breath. Finally she said ok we're done and I said oh ok cool. Then she told me I needed to schedule another appointment for the rest. I was confused. She just told me I was done. Apparently I was done for the day...so I scheduled another appointment. But I made sure to schedule it with someone else. I did not want to get worked on my someone who not only didn't listen when she was hurting me but someone who's hand was no where close to steady enough to be drilling on it giving shots to people. The next appointment was so much better. The wait time was minimal and the male doctor was very nice. I also had a male hygienist this time. He was super friendly. The doctor numbed me and had I not seen the needle I would not have known he gave me the shots. It didn't hurt at all! When I told him about my sensitivity he actually listened! He put some numbing stuff on top of my tooth and tried as best he could to not touch it with the drill. He was efficient and quick. He is the only reason I'd ever go back to that office.

We have been dealing with the billing since August of 2025 with the office manager Veronica Torres…read more We were charged over $8,000.00 for services never rendered. After repeatedly requesting to speak to someone higher than the office manager, we were informed that individual works remotely. Despite months of back-and-forth communication with both the band and Mrs. Torres, the issue was never properly resolved. Finally, we had both Mrs. Torres and the bank on the same call, and it was then the bank confirmed Mrs. Torres had only requested half of that amount to be reimbursed. When we questioned Mrs. Torres as to why she had not handled the matter as she had stated, she remained silent. We believed she had taken care of it as she had promised, not until we received notification from a collection agency.

I had a terrible experience with this dentist's office. I made an appointment for a crown. At the…read moretime I made the appointment, I made it clear that I am a disabled veteran and that I cannot spend more than 60-90 minutes in the chair. I told them I'd schedule a clean and exam at a later date. They contacted me at least seven times by text - and twice by email (maybe more) as well as at least one phone call to either confirm my existing appointment or trying to get me to move it up. I have to drive all the way from Las Cruces - plus arrange and pay for a dog sitter so I cannot just come on a moment's notice. I made it clear that I wanted to keep my current appointment. They still contacted me at least one more time by text to remind me of my appointment and at that point I just blocked their number. So I paid for a dog sitter, spent money on gas, drove in from Las Cruces, arrived at the 1:30 pm appointment at 1:15 as requested - and the place was a ghost town. Nobody around. I ring the bell and a woman comes out to tell me she'll be out in a moment. 15 minutes later she comes out as I realize she was in the back office chatting with a friend. So she verifies I have an appointment and then seems to be unsure of my insurance situation. We emailed our new insurance card to the office around the first of the year using their contact form on their website. They called me about insurance and wanted to know who we used. I told them we emailed it and they said they didn't get it. So I emailed again and to be safe texted the info to them. A read receipt shows they got both the text and the email. When I walked in this afternoon they acted like they still didn't understand what my insurance was. Very annoying to be asked over and over and over. But I gave them the card. Then the woman said I would be getting my exam and hygene first and then my crown later. Seriously? This was very disturbing because as I documented above I told them multiple times I just wanted the crown done. They said I'd have to wait until 3PM to get the crown done so that meant sitting around nearly two hours to wait for the procedure. My dog sitter had to go to her other job at 4PM so that wouldn't work. I wasted two+ hours of my time - gas for my car - the $40 dog sitter fee - all for nothing. The communication and customer service here is the worst I've received. The woman at the front desk was arguing with me as if I didn't know why I was there. I will never go back and I'd say that if you want to visit - make sure you document everything because it may end up being different when you get there. Also prepare to be texted over and over and over and over and over and over only to possibly find out that they still don't have it right. Not recommended.
