Went to muffler man to get my car aligned. What interested me in getting my car serviced at muffler man were the reviews online and the pricing. The workers were able to get me an appointment within a day of me calling to schedule an alignment. I got a call when my car was ready and when I was able to go and pick up my car. I paid $69.99. I picked up my car and when I didn't feel my steering wheel was comfortably straight, I called to explain my concern and they told me I can bring my car back. The workers were able to take a look at my car the same day I called and fixed the problem very quickly. I was not charged for the fix. As I waited in the seating area I read a magazine that was on the table in the lobby and the restrooms were clean. I am a satisfied customer. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. I can't say enough good about this car shop, the mechanics are pros at what they do, and so much experience there. We were quoted $2.5 - $3.5K for a complete AC replacement from our dealership, when our AC wasn't even broken. Dray got our car in and just by describing to him the way it started and how it presented he immediately saw red flags. Come to find out that they only thing that was broken and needed to be replaced was the fan. They took the time to trouble shoot and get our car fixed up for a tiny fraction of the cost. The price was nothing compared to what we were expecting and they were so honest about everything. Didn't try to fix things that did not need to be fixed. We come from East Orlando, so it is a little bit of a drive but I know that our car isn't going anywhere else again. First - when I buy Auto Parts locally at miscellaneous auto part stores in the area - I regularly ask what mechanic they would recommend. At least 4-5 places recommended Muffler Man. I brought my Kia Sedona in assuming I would drop it off for repairs. The engine light was on to check the braking system or something. Dustin mentioned that my vehicle is probably under manufactures warranty and that I should call the dealer. I called the dealer & it was under warranty. They fixed a sensor and the door handle and a security system recall all for free. Dustin could have kept quiet and did the service in his shop. I am grateful because Dustin was honest and is a man of integrity. For Muffler Man to do the work it may have costed me around $600 or more and at the dealer - if the van was not under warranty at least double probably triple ($1,200 or more). 2 days ago my car broke down in front of the Muffler man shop. It seemed that the clutch went out. I went in the shop and found Daniel one the Mechanic's there. Daniel said the repair was between 200 and a 1000 dollars. I felt this was a wide margin, but he said he would check it out for free if I left it. Instead of towing the car to a shop across town I left it for him to check. He said he would put it on the rack in the morning, and let me know. I waited till the next day till 12 noon. I decided to call aDaniel said it had not been checked yet. I received a call back around 2:00. Daniel said the repair was 240 dollars to replace the clutch slave. He said he would get the part and work on it first thing in the morning. The average cost is 150-204 for the replacement. I also had a motor for the convertible top that I showed to Daniel, who stated he could put it in. But no price was discussed. We walked home. The next day I waited for a call. At 2:30 I called the shop. Daniel stated they brought him the wrong part this morning and he was getting the right part as we speak. He said 30.minutes to get the part and 30 minutes to put in in the car. I picked up my son in Ocoee, and stopped by the shop. The car was in the bay, going up on the lift. Daniel said it wasn't done yet. He gave me an estimate of 160.00 dollars to put in the motor for the convertible top. I waited for my car about 30 mins. They test drove the car and brought it up front for me. I started home and noticed the check engine light on. I went back and told them. They plugged in a tool and reset the light. I'm not sure why it was on but this car has no mechanical problem. The engine is clean. Never had engine luck got on before. Oh! Daniel came out before i left and helped mecwith my convertsble top! Needed an oil change and an exhaust leak fixed. These guys charged a fair price and got the work done fast on a Saturday - less than an hour for the oil change and exhaust from the cat to the muffler. I know the car needs other work and while they let me know about the other issues they saw, they weren't pushy at all when I said all I wanted to do was the oil and the exhaust. Too many places outright lie to their customers while charging astronomical rates, not here! I went in about a week ago, and the young man walkd out to my car a BMW z4 and look at my car underneath with a flashlight and advised me which Magnaflow muffler to purchase and bring with me and they would install it for $150. So today I went in to get it installed and the young man's father I believe his name was Mike wanted to charge me more than what I was originally quoted. He should have honored the original quote since it was his son who quoted me. So now I am driving around with a muffler in my trunk this does not sit well with me and I feel that other should know. . He said that it would not just pop into place and he would have to charge me for 2 hours to put it in I mention back to him that his son works in a muffler shop and knows that it just doesn't pop into place so he should honor the price that is son quoted me read more

We were on vacation at Disney World and the bar on the hydraulic system for our wipers broke and there was a storm we had to follow half way home to Houston. We could not wait for the part to be ordered and had to return home. It was pouring and we had 2 uncomfortable kids in the car. My car wouldn't start SO I thought it was the battery bc in the past the lights would be fine and it ended up being the battery. So I changed the battery AND IT STILL DIDNT WORK I yelped a repair shop and clicked on muffler man. I called and asked if they could see me today. They said yes but no promises on working on my car today depending on when I could get it in bc I had to get it towed. I called like 3 more times and each time they were so sweet with me. I felt like I was annoying them. They were able to help assist me over the phone until I got my car towed in. As soon as I arrived they knew it was me lol so awesome. While getting my info in I had no clue my dad was a loyal customer here. They were able to get my car in right away and while waiting the guys here are absolutely funny and very entertaining. My car was now running and a light came on. I mentioned it to them and they LITERALLY went above and beyond for me. They want to make sure everything is 100% before I left. What other repair shop does that?! My own dealership doesn't do that. I absolutely recommend this place! They even refilled my fluids and checked other things in my car.
