First of all I had already been preapproved with an auto loan and showed up with that information they ended up ruining my credit score by running my credit just so they could get a better interest deal on a vehicle that would later on breakdown and not Work and for them to refuse to help me out with the loaner car while my car sat for almost 2 months getting repaired just for it to end up having engine problems a few weeks after I got it back from them throughout the time I was waiting for my car to be repaired I tried to reach out to management and the sales person who was just a kid, barely knowing anything about selling vehicles would answer my calls, and never once transferred me to his managers, because supposedly his managers were always out and he was not sure when they will be coming back to the office I would leave message after message and even voicemails to make sure management would get a hold of me so I can know what's going on with my vehicle never once did I hear back from them after the car kept having more issues I would end up getting it repaired by another shop so I can stop having problems I did not just end up having a bad credit score because of them I ended up losing a lot of money with the vehicle. It was their job to make sure it was serviced and have it run perfectly before they decided to sell it to anybody the car was very dirty smelled like cigarettes it also looks like all they did was rebooted the computer so it wouldn't show that I had engine problems. They didn't just do it before they sold it to me they did it again after I had sent it to them to fix it just to try and brush off the fact of the car had major engine issues.
