UPDATE* I went back to have new speakers put in my doors and rears I have the factory boss system with an aftermarket radio. The customer service guy was very honest and nice, he heard my system and said I just needed to adjust the crossover which he did and it sounds so much better. He changed my speakers to 63hz so I was getting more bass from the boss 6.5" door and rear speakers. He then adjusted my subwoofer too. He said I could get better speakers but in his opinion with the adjustments mine were just as good. They also installed a rear view camera which came out perfect. It looks stock, so clean. The image is HD not like those cheap $20 cameras you find on eBay.

I was in need ofsome minor body work done in my 2024 Honda Accord hybrid that needed to be done. I just couldn't leave my brand new baby with some unsightly scars and scratches. From the minute I took my car in for an estimate on a Saturday morning, the customer service was empecable. The estimators were not working so the young lady who was there took pictures of the area that needed work and said she would pass the info onto the estimators and someone would be contacting me with an estimate. I am thinking someone will contact me Monday which was no problem. In less than 30 minutes I receive a call from Serge with a complete estimate and letting me know he would be emailing me the estimate he quoted me. I must tell you that the quote was less than I thought it would be. So doing my due diligence I go to a couple more auto body shops to get estimates. Of those two places no one contacted me with an estimate. I guess they didn't need or want my business. I reach out to C&D to discuss getting the work done. In speaking with Serge, we agreed upon when to bring my car in and when to expect to pick it up. I only had to pay a $100 deposit. I dropped my car off at the predetermined time and it was ready when they said it would be!!! Upon discussing the care of a cars paint job with Serge I remembered a few scratches that I had forgotten to get an estimate for when I originally brought the car in for the estimate. Serge took a look at the scratches and said let him see if his team could just buff them out and if not then he would give me an estimate for that work. So I bring the vehicle back the following week to see if they could remove the scratches by buffing them out. And like magic they did and at no cost to me. Now that is what I consider EXCELLENT customer service. Serge provided me with tips to protect my car paint for the life of the car. I am truly grateful to Serge and the team at C & D Auto. I will always bring my family vehicles to them and they are the ONLY auto body shop that I will ever recommend to anyone in need of auto body work!!!

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews.
