Eat frequently at this location when in town to watch our son play baseball for UNA. Every time we've eaten here we receive prompt service, solidly consistent food and fair value on the buck. This time I tried to 1/4 lbs Chili Dog with fries while my wife had a burger with tots. Both were just what we had hoped for. Not a gourmet meal but a solid lunch of burgers and dogs. The happy hour has decent offerings of both food and alcohol. We will be back for this soon. read more

The food is always delicious. Our server was great! My only complaint is having to wait to be seated when there are plenty of empty tables all around. I don't understand having people standing around the entrance. Seat them immediately if there are open tables even if they have to wait longer to order or for their food to come! My family and I have visited Mugshots last night (1/1/23). We were out on a wait list (15 minutes) for a booth that was open when we walked in. After taking our order and bringing our drinks, our waiter literally kicked back in a booth and chilled in plain sight. I guess that wouldn't be so bad if someone else didn't have to bring us our food. When another staffer brought us our food we did not have any utensils. I had to get up and walk over to tell our waiter myself. My burger was wrong. I ordered the Texan and it looked like they just threw a bunch of fried crap on it. It literally had fried pickles on it..... After they replaced my burger I figured out why it was wrong. The manager was also to cook! read more

The service was slow on a Friday evening. It took the manager coming over to ask if anyone had taken our drink order. The fries and onion rings were good. The burger patties were cooked to dry. The fixings on the burgers were good. The mugshot burger was huge and three burgers deep. The ordering member of our party did not do the challenge, and he did not finish the "burger". He claimed the bun dry as well as the meat. Another party member claimed the buns unique and tasty. The restaurant itself has no noticeable decor. We wouldn't avoid the restaurant in the future, but don't have plans to return. We agree with the three star rating we viewed when we chose to try it. read more

Chose another place. I ordered one of their specialty summer salads, chicken with blueberries and peaches. The lettuce was the ribs of romaine, and the peaches were canned. I can't get enough of this place, the hillbilly Philly is a great Philly sandwich on the same bun as their hamburgers are all and their hamburgers or be on compare. This is the best hamburger in the show was area by far at least that I have found. I wish there was a way of ordering just the hamburger without the side but they do a great job on everything they serve read more
