Although I can't speak to their dine-in service since I ordered via DoorDash, I'm giving them two stars for their prompt delivery and the fact that the food arrived hot. I sampled a variety of dishes: shrimp fried rolls, stir-fried noodles, and a chef's special roll. I found the prices to be quite steep, especially for a DoorDash order, even after browsing their online menu. Unfortunately, the beef in my noodles was excessively slimy--likely due to either an overuse of cornstarch or the meat having been left out for too long. The noodles themselves were undercooked, which was disappointing. As for the shrimp, it had an unappealing rubbery texture, suggesting it may have been overcooked or possibly pre-cooked shrimp that was quickly fried again for efficiency, a common practice in many restaurants. The most disappointing aspect was the seafood. The only redeeming part was the soft-shell crab. The crawfish and spicy tuna were inedibly mushy and had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor. I understand that seafood can have a distinct smell, but this was far beyond the norm. read more

This Asian cuisine eatery is open late and accommodated a family of 5. It's a big restaurant and there parking in the back or on the street. The menu is expansive and we all ordered different things to eat and share. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef and it was spicy AF, which is great because we wanted a good kick and I underestimated it lol Only major surprise is that our dinner bill had a service fee of 20% tagged to it and it was separate from the tip. I asked about it but it sounds like it's a common thing that the restaurants in that area are doing :( We had lots of food for leftovers because the portions here are huge and it turned out tasty to eat the next day. My colleague ordered the pork intestines with scallions- she never told me what it was but asked me to try some... (personally, I thought it was imitation lobster or a seafood) so I gave it a try and found it to be chewy but tasty (again, I never knew this was pork intestine, is this the same thing as chitterlings, but Thai? Correct me if I'm wrong because I've never had chitterlings) I can't say whether or not I will try Thai pork intestines again in life but she (Asian descent) loves their pork intestines meals (I just learned they have several dishes!) The side noodles with chicken were plentiful.....however, the lo mein didn't need the chicken (which was an up charge). I would definitely try them again with other menu items... since she is a lover of pig intestines, I will post her meals for those who like Thai flavored pork intestines.... Food was amazing! Our server, Kaylyn, tried to scam us. The restaurant adds an automatic 20% to every single check and she wouldn't bring the itemized bill. Instead brought the credit card receipt suggesting a tip even though we already were charged the 20%. By the way, we always tip more being servers and bartenders so that's a hit a miss being in the industry. When we tried to get the itemized, she disappeared. We asked another employee and she printed it showing there was already a tip added. Looks bad on the restaurant when your employees try to scam customers to see if they can get away with it. read more

People. Don't let these reviews fool you. The food here is gas. Premium 97 grade you feel me. I encourage you to order out of your comfort zone. It will yield considerable positive returns. Szechuan menu is my personal recommendation. You can get Chinese take out anywhere. Where this place shines is their Szechuan flavors. Now we're not in China those ingredients are hard to get. That being said they make the best with what they got and churn out some stellar dishes that are worth every dollar. You get some of that 味道. Some items to consider: Bandit style. I got the chicken. Northern style eggplant. Chili fish in oil. Kung pao chicken. Green beans in black bean sauce. Cumin lamb These are my go to items but I still keep finding new ones on the Szechuan menu. I will note the portions on the Szechuan menu are sizable so I would consider making some friends if you don't already have some. 4 people and you can try a variety. For example, I don't expect orange chicken to be spicy but Mulan makes theirs spicy, this could be the difference between American Chinese food and Chinese food. They have the BEST wonton soup in memphis!!! You can smell the richness and depth of the broth as soon as they set your bowl down on the table. They also have very traditional dishes that I didn't expect but was ecstatic to see, dishes that my mom would make for our family. Doordashed Mulan's for dinner last night. My boyfriend said his dish was good, and my sides were good (I got the family combo). My main dish, however, was not. I was craving sweet and sour chicken, but I received slimy, fake looking chicken with bright pink sauce. I was expecting the breaded chicken pieces that I could dip in sweet and sour sauce.
