I was the second person seated, and right away I loved how cute and cozy the inside was--especially with the Christmas decorations, which made it feel warm and welcoming. The waitresses were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I ordered the soondubu jjigae (soft tofu stew) and galbi (Korean short ribs), and everything came out piping hot, hearty, and full of flavor. The meal was served with five banchan (side dishes) and a side of rice, which really completed the experience. For all of that, it was only $35 after tax, which is an amazing value for the quality and portion sizes. So glad we finally have a spot like this in Cordova. I'll definitely be back!

We stopped in for a snack. We weren't sure what to expect but we were happy randomly choosing this restaurant. The Gun-Mandu (vegetable) was so delicious. This is my first time trying Korean soy sauce and now I'm a fan. The hostess was also our waitress and she was very kind and helpful. This is a cozy spot to sit down, relax and enjoy some Korean food.

Had a wonderful late lunch here with my boyfriend! Came a little late around 2:45 but wasn't aware they closed at 3:00 but they were so kind as to let us sit and order. I got the Kimchi Jjigae and it was spectacular. I was worried it'd be to spicy but their kimchi is the perfect balance. Our waitress was incredibly kind and continually checked on us. I cannot wait to come back!

We finally tried the Han tonight, and I have to say I'm not impressed. The service is not the best, for starters. The dining room had 2 tables when we arrived. Half of the dining room is lined with windows. When I asked if we could sit on the opposite side near the fire because it was cold out, the young blonde hostess actually rolled her eyes. Then when I asked our server if mild really is mild, she replied she couldn't say because she is Korean. Similar requests for chopsticks, etc, were met with the same sort of sarcasm. The little dishes of garnishes are a fun touch, and the dumplings are good. The Bibimbap was a disappointment . I asked if I could have tofu on it, and despite tofu being offered all over the menu, it is not an option for the Bibimbap. Honestly, the rice wasn't crispy at all - it was sort of gummy, served with an egg on top and not much else. It couldn't hold a candle to the former Sam's Deli (RIP) or even Kwik Chek. My husband had the short ribs. He said they were good, but expensive for the little portion. The food is simply too expensive for what they offer. We wanted to love this place, but we won't be returning.

The interior design is super cool, with a modern, tech-inspired theme. The QR code ordering system is very convenient, and I really love the cat robot that delivers the food. Very cute and fun experience! Most of the side dishes at the side dish bar are consistently tasty. Their hot pot is also nice, and the tomato broth is definitely my favorite. It's flavorful without being too heavy. (Personally, I prefer the Cordova location over the East Memphis one.) Small tip: any sauces or dishes with "901" in the name are definitely worth trying!

We went for lunch, let him guide the way, and ate everything family style (they serve individual platters, but he wanted us to have the full Korean experience and be able to sample many things too!) Everything was delicious. The portions were big, food was seasoned well, and our server was very attentive - keeping us informed of the slight kitchen delay due to a large party ahead of us. After lunch, we popped over to the Asiana market for Korean ice cream bars, which were also delicious! (Apologies in advance for the low quality photos - I had to snap fast before everyone dug in!)

The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the strip (with Asiana Market, a Korean grocery store, located at the far left). There are plenty of spaces available in the private lot. Upon entering the restaurant, the main hostess, who may also be the owner, is straight ahead. There are approximately 12 tables in the main dining room, along with a larger room to the left that offers additional seating. FOOD: 1. Pork Dupbap Lunch Special (4/5): If you've tried beef bulgogi, this is similar but made with spiced pork. You really can't go wrong with this dish. 2. Spicy Rice Cake (Tteokbokki, 4/5): I'm usually picky with tteokbokki because many restaurants make it too sweet or lacking in flavor. This version was one of the better restaurant renditions I've had. A classic Korean street and comfort food, it consists of spicy-sweet rice cakes with fish cake, cabbage, and scallions. I would definitely order this again. Best shared between 2-3 people. 3. Seafood Soon Dubu (Soft Tofu Stew, 4/5): A spicy, well-seasoned stew made with silky soft tofu, vegetables, and seafood. This is especially comforting during the cold winter season. I highly recommend ordering one of the soups when it's cold out. The portion was generous, as I took half home. 4. Yangnyeom Korean Fried Chicken (New KFC; not on the original menu, 3/5): Ten pieces of boneless chicken served with pickled daikon radish. The sauce was a sweet chili blend. While flavorful, it lacked the extra crispiness typically found in Korean fried chicken. 5. Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon, 4/5): One of our favorites. This version featured shrimp and squid, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. It was served hot with a tangy dipping sauce made from soy sauce and rice vinegar. Best shared between 2-3 people. 6. Kimchi Fried Rice (3/5): A popular dish made with kimchi, rice, and diced vegetables, often with meat such as Spam. This version did not include meat but was topped with a runny egg for protein and garnished with dried seaweed flakes. Best shared between 2-3 people. 7. Japchae (Stir-Fried Glass Noodles, 3/5): A popular Korean appetizer, often served as a side dish (banchan). Typically stir-fried with vegetables and beef, this version was served in a slightly sweet broth, which differed from the traditional preparation. Best shared between 2-3 people. The service was good. Our water glasses were never empty, and the staff checked on us twice during our meal. Would I come back? Yes. Be sure to check out the lunch specials.
