I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

What is most concerning is how the situation was handled afterward. When I returned to show the damage and seek a resolution, the staff were dismissive, refused to take accountability, and ultimately told me to leave the store. There was no effort made to address the damage done to an expensive garment or provide any form of customer support. The tailoring itself is one issue, but the complete lack of professionalism and accountability is what made this experience especially unacceptable.

The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Everyone on staff is always super pleasant, remembers you, and handles the front of the store with ease and professionalism. I've never seen an unpleasant customer interaction there, and I've been going there for years. The clothes always come back exactly as you'd like them. They are very, very consistent. I've never had a complaint. Their prices for the area, I would say, are in the mid-range. I had a bit of sticker shock when I tried one of the dry cleaners closest to me one day. I also appreciate their honestly. A short while back Mr. Park told me they couldn't clean a coat I had brought in - it was waxed denim - while guaranteeing that the cleaning process wouldn't cause discoloration in the coat. I told him I appreciated his candor and gave him the ok to go ahead. He made a point of putting it to the side so he could explain the level of care needed to whomever would be doing the actual cleaning. It looked great when I picked it up! I have never used the seamstress/tailoring services but I know they do a poppin' business so I have to guess that, too, is a winner. I'm very happy I am still close enough to Parks to remain a customer, because they do an awful lot to earn the loyal clientele they have!
