Besides a large piece of grilled salmon was feta, hard boiled egg, avocado, chickpeas and so many other great ingredients. I left off the bacon. My husband had the asian steak and avocado salad and he ate every morsel. His also packed a protein punch and he loved it. It was his birthday so we had to celebrate with a delicious blueberry almond frost pint dessert. It was in a parfait cup and filled with lots of yummy treats ... whipped cream, crushed almond biscotti, blueberry compote and vanilla ice cream too... so good.
