Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. Arrival was on time as promised.

He fiddled with them and got them both to close properly. He also gave me some useful tips to try to keep this garage fridge working properly in the heat of the summer. I made an appointment with Mike's for 9:30 on a Friday morning, and he came around 9:45. I had told them the make and model over the phone. The problem was diagnosed correctly and fixed in less than half an hour, at a reasonable price. The service person was pleasant and efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again.
