As a first time customer was very disgusted at the level of service received soon as we ordered our first drink. Wanted to come in to hear a great band play and have a drink. Piece of advice have the right bar tender behind your bar. This will be a lengthy review. First drink we ordered and asked a question her response was filled with attitude/rolling of the eyes. Keep in mind at time she was serving one other customer because it was not busy. Closer to the end of night an elderly man across from the bar sitting at a table was trying to grab her attention, ignored. (Keep in mind again at this time only serving one customer). We approached the bar to tell her this elderly gentlemen needed assistance. Her response and demeaner right from the start was disgusting. Her initial response because at this point the band was playing was WHAT!! Better response would have been - Sorry I didn't hear you, please can you repeat. Then we proceeded to tell her the elderly gentlemen was trying to get her attention. The level of disrespect this bar tender had. Her response, the rolling of her eyes and leaning back with her hand to her chest - I am not a waitress I am a bartender (keep in mind no one at the bar except us and I am  assuming the Manager or body guard - don't worry I will get to her too); bartender better response - Thank you for bringing that to my attention I will see if I can get a waitress or I will go over to see how I can help. No she went across the bar to continue with her disgusting behavior over to the Manager/mother/ body guard clearly going on about how we brought to her attention someone out side of her bar needed help. I couldn't watch the nonsense and went over. Yes with great passion in my voice as I do not take kindly to younger generations and establishments disrespecting elders. I said all we did was bring to your attention someone needed your assistance and your response was not necessary with attitude. Then whoever she is; I don't care was acting like a bodyguard - we are adults -I'm not there to bar fight this is not the movies but I will not tolerate disrespect when I am in there giving you my time and money just like the rest of your customers who keep you open. Some advice for you - Make your new customer feel welcomed and they will come back - We had 15 others coming last night. Texted them don't bother not worth it. You treat your regulars good; guess what one day your regulars will move, find another establishment and even pass away. Two - Have your bartender and her body guard/manager/mother - Bartender teach her some respect when it comes to elders. Both of you need to go spend some time with other bartenders/managers/owners of great bars in the GTA. You both are not at their level. There is a positive - shoutout to the waitresses who did a great job last night serving their customers and to the band disappointed we couldn't stay to finish watching your set - enjoyed the music - beautiful voice from the young lady singing. Final note I usually do not leave reviews this one needs to be heard and as a bar goer I will make sure it is known you are not worth considering. One last comment to the bartender/Manager - Ask yourself if that was your elderly father sitting there and needed some assistance and you got the response we did last night - would you be satisfied with the response we got last night. Favourite restaurant. Great service and people! Good for families and a fun night out

This is the best place in Mississauga for food, drinks and familiar faces. The owners are great people and they treat like family. The staff has been there for several years and they are genuine people. You don't get places like this anymore. Live music on the weekends. All the good things about pubs are rolled into on place. Mulligan's. Take the wife and kids you will be very happy. The food is fresh as can be. I wish lived in mississauga, just for this place. Thanks Dom. read more

First time. I placed an order for pickup(skip the dishes). I work 16 hr days and figure I'd have a nice meal and rest before another long shift. I ordered 1 lb of wings and added an extra pound for lunch the following day. I added extra blue cheese just because you can never have enough. I also ordered a large order of chicken nachos, and fried mozzarella. I get my food 40 min later. I open the bag to see i only had 1 lb of wings, no blue cheese, mozzarella with about 5 ounces of marinara sauce, nachos with cheese either burnt or not melted at all, no sour cream, no salsa. I called mulligans to ask them what happened to the other half of my order, as I was miSsing one pound of wings, blue cheese plus the extra blue cheese, no sour cream and no salsa for my burnt nachos. Over the phone I was s placed on hold several time as the lady seemed confused. She told me over the phone she'd take my name and I could swing by tomorrow and pick up a gift certificate. I told her I'd rathEr the food because I work all day. So she said she'd have it ready. It took me about 25 min to get to the restaurant. I was expecting a fulll restaurant. There were 4 people at the bar, one was figuring out a credit card issue and the others were drinking. Nobody was behind the bar for about 10 minutes and I was finally greeted by the bartender. I told her the problem and instead of grabbing my order, she made sure to take care of the people at the bar first. Came out , didn't offer anything but the satisfaction that I come home to cold food,, no offer to give a certificate for the inconvenience or concern for their mistake. I feel this restaurant was bought out by a family that has no care for the food industry and did it for financial gain. Atmosphere felt like it was a business on the way out. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save some time and head to wild wings or Stout monk for some decent food. read more

The menu has been updated and now they only serve steak with shrimp (yuck) but you can probably sub for something else, overall its a good menu. Totally agree with the first review kind of "scuzzy", definitely needs a facelift and watch out for the wolfman he likes to latch on! (just look for the drunkest old guy there while trying avoid eye contact) He's harmless tho, so no worries. Warning! Saturdays and Sundays they feature a band! Its extremely loud and forget about making conversation with your friends or family, it wont happen without losing your voice. Sundays are the worst for this. The band plays from 5-9, perfect for dinner time....NOT! So if you enjoy a Sunday meal while yelling at the people your with then this place is for you. Don't let it scare u away tho, the people are friendly, good food and good specials. read more

this Irish restaurant is another local favourite. it's kinda scuzzy, and reminded me of the 'rough-aroound-the-edges' kinda bar. the place is packed with locals, which aren't really classy, but very friendly, blue-collar workers, and the food is good for the price- although lately, i wasn't impressed, as their menu isn't updated, and a few dishes i ordered were no longer available. some of the waitstaff look like pure hicks, and some are great. they have nightly specials, and the wing night (Tues & Thurs( are busy, and fun. another place i would not go to again. took drink orderes wrong food was cold or wrong or late . took a long time to come out with beers and drinks or waters. was faster if you go up ur self and go right to the bar. i even had the bartender stop what she was doing, pick up the ringing phone at 11:30 at night and talk on the phone while there are people waiting to have there drinks. we as a large group ordered appetizers before our main food. wings, fries,machos things like that time passes and passes and passes and passes. we never got our food then all the food comes out at once everything comes at once. appetizers and main food we sent back all the appetizers back to the kitchen. the main food was cold or given out incorrectly to the person. it was a huge mess, wait staff had a attitude problem, not going back again thats sure. this is another place that if they keep going like this they will die in business. read more
