The scheduling folks were great and were able to get me in quickly, I was able to get it in and back the same day with an in-depth analysis of the problems as well as a quick fix to shore up some of the service issues in less than an hour. The service tech was fantastic, and the prices were far better than I had expected. I will definitely be taking my car here if it has any issues in the future.

I tried filling out a customer support form with them online and then also filled out a parts request form complete with part number. They never got back to me in any way. But then I found ToyoTechs and everything changed. I filled out a service request form on their website in the evening and was contacted immediately the next morning via voicemail and email.
