The bar was packed on a Saturday night and staff here were polite and poured me a draft of Four Peaks Wow Wheat. Clientele was nice here, country music playing and 2 pool tables available to waste some time. There is a back patio space and I can see that people might want to sit out there to enjoy too. A local watering hole and worth a stop in when in Alpine and nice crisp drafts on pour.

She had an impressive knowledge of their products and shared a bit of history as well. Prod-O proudly offers craft brews and spirits from New Mexico, including their own brews and whiskey. We tried the Prad-O brews, Elfego and Eagle Peak. Both got a thumbs-up from our party. Unfortunately, we did not get to taste their in-house whiskey as it sells out faster than they can distill it. Guess that means another visit! The food did not disappoint as we enjoyed the quesadillas, pretzel with beer cheese, breadsticks, and salad, all freshly made in the kitchen by Jody, who also makes a KILLER salsa!
