When our basement flooded, our insurer recommended Restoration 1. I called and they immediately…read morescheduled a team to come over. Jake, Anthony, and Tarin (sp?) were there about 1-2 hours later, which was pretty amazing considering how bad the recent storms had been. The team quickly moved the furniture, removed much of the water, and placed drying equipment in the house. Justin came over to assess the work the next day, which was a Saturday. Follow up was excellent. Restoration then had me work with Dan Weber on the reconstruction of the basement. This included reinstallation and some replacement of custom molding baseboards which were no longer available. Dan went far above and beyond to create a great solution. Then Jon & Jodie expertly reconstructed the finished work. The basement looks great and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks Restoration 1!
