Apparently they don't take walk ins. I was there with my son and they only see you if yo have an appointment. What is the point in calling this urgent care when you need an appointment. There were no signs indicating this. We ended up going to the ER wasting their valuable time and resources. read more

I understand the cautions involved, but I know my body and I needed antibiotics for a sinus infection. She told me to wait 14 more days (it had already been 4) and to come back then. I called this Urgent Care Yesterday to schedule a sports physical for my college team. I specifically told the lady on the phone what it was for and my reasoning. The next day I came in and waited in line for 40 minutes to be told they don't take Sports Physicals. Not only did I waste my time but also was super convinced I'd be able to get my physical over with. I wish I could give a lower rating based on my experience with the uneducated and misleading staff and their lack of pace for visitors. read more

Ok ok ok first of all my rating is based on the experience I had with the lady at the front desk. nothing to do with the doctors because I didn't even get a chance to visit them. I came in because I was feeling very ill (corona like symptoms)the lady asked me to keep my mask on at all time and have a seat i was shocked because I did have a mask on but her tone and the way she said it came off rude but I did what she said, when my time was up to go talk to the lady she asked for my insurance card, I handed it to her she said they could find me on system I said idk she said that I needed to call my employer and get it squared away before they could see me... I did just that my HR department leaves at 2pm it was 2:10pm I told her that and she acted like she didn't care I said "now what" with a blind confused stare not even being rude just wondering what I needed to do go get looked at. She said well you can go to ER or pay the co pay in a a very rude smart tone ( I get it you're frustrated but if you don't like your job or aren't good with people maybe get another job... something that doesn't involve people. Maybe Postal Deliveryperson, dog trainer, zoologist hell idk software engineer but don't be rude to customers) I said ok I'm not going to the ER it's too expensive and the wait it's crazy how much is the( and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off) it's $250 with that evil tone again and then she adds "all must be paid up front before you can see a doctor and we will bill you the rest..... I said you know what forget it I'll just go home and die and walked out before I said something mean...... so I went to the I believe is wallgreens just a few blocks away and spend $60-70 dollars on over the counter meds and got home drugged my self to sleep and felt better the next day. read more

Unfortunately we have this place two opportunities. The first time we went in was with my daughter she was sick with what I thought was a uti. They tested her for that and it showed elevated white blood cells but because she also had abdominal pain and vomiting they refused to treat her and sent us over to Multicare Emergency Department telling me they suspected appendicitis! So after a CT scan over there which ruled it out, zofran and antibiotics we were sent home after HOURS of unnecessary tourture of my 6 year old (diagnosis UTI). Our next experience was this Saturday. My husband Went in for a bandage change and wound check on an LNI claim for work. Do not go here for work issues. They will not treat you!!! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. The facility is fairly new and extremely well kept. Efficiency is at the top of the list for these guys. Ive never waited longer than 8 minutes to be seen. The staff are knowledgeable and compassionate, caring and understanding. A rare find nowadays in healthcare. I had some kind of terrible stomach ailment this week. The staff at Multicare Indigo Urgent Care was fabulous. They got me right in. They listened to all my symptoms and helped treat them. The physician called me at home early the next day to see how I was doing. When she learned that I still had some symptoms, she had me come back and helped more. I was so impressed. For urgent care needs, I will definitely return and highly recommend to others. read more

Doctor did a GREAT job listening to me (the mom). I know my child and although not a doctor, I knew what he needed. She completely agreed. Also really great check-in. TB Testing Price Gouging. My wife called in advance and was quoted $140 for TB testing required by our son's college. When she arrived, she was told the price was $340 because we had insurance - even though we wanted to pay cash (deductible not met for the year). No supervisors were available to discuss, but OUCH. read more

The doctor gave my teenager an anti-nausea pill in the office and asked her to wait 20 minutes to make sure she didn't vomit. She then wrote a prescription for this medication. A whole bottle of this medication cost $27 at Walgreens yet the ONE PILL Indigo of Covington, WA gave her cost $182!! Never ever going back to this urgent care that rips off unsuspecting teenagers and their parents who must pay the bill. Complete scam. read more

This is the worst treatment i have EVER received from ANYONE. I came in with 8 ingrown toenail that has bothered me for more than 1 month now at the time it was 2 weeks. The doctor (quack) told me she was referring me to a podiatrist who would call me within the week. Within 48 hours they called back to see if the podiatrist had called me. They had not and she said they should call back within the week. 7 more days of screaming pain robbing me from sleep every single night. Much more painful now than ever before. I called them after the third week and the "receptionist' I talked to said they had not put in any referral and that i needed to call them. The receptionist waited until the doctor was available and then came back and stated the referral was not put in and I asked why the doctor had told me the referral would be provided and even called to confirm. The receptionist then changed her story to say "oh yes, your right, a referral was put in." Which was was the lie??????? I am still in pain and I cannot have an appointment within the next month. I hope I have toes by the end of this joke of a doctors aide. Beware the multicare indigo Fraud. read more

Super rushed and sent my prescription to the wrong place. Ended up calling a doctor friend of mine to fill in the blanks and address my concerns. But it's called urgent care for a reason, so I suppose it got the job done. I guess some people value the speedy turn around but I'd like to see a provider for longer than 3 minutes (no exaggeration - it may have been less). Seeing patients quickly is important and I understand the pressure, but there's definitely something to be said for the interview/ answering questions rather than just using antibiotics as a bandaid. Nursing staff were great, I just wish the provider hadn't been so rushed. read more

Only giving one star Because our first visit was ok. My 7 yr old had strep throat, was sent home with steroids and antibiotics and she got better fast. Three days later my husband catches the same thing, every sign of strep throat. They said they needed to do a "full exam" instead of just doing a quick Swab test, therefore charging us for a full exam. When he got there, the nurse did a very quick Swab test, dr didn't touch him or examine him at all and sent him away with nothing and said he doesn't have strep. The front desk was very unprofessional and the employees were laughing and having social hour. Every time I called for test results they'd answer the phone laughing with employees laughing loudly in the background. Three days later and he's in so much pain, not sleeping and missing work. Indigo called to check on him and he told them he's much worse and she simply said she'd "put a note in his chart" and ended the call. Why check on a patient if you're not going to offer more help when the patient is worse? Or suggest the patient come back in? Sent him to the UW urgent care and got much better treatment. Wish I had sent him there the first time. Will not be returning. He immediately got a positive strep test at UW urgent care and is receiving treatment. He could have been completely better by now had indigo treated him correctly and actually did an exam. Thanks for lost work, more time for someone to be contagious which may cost us more dr visits if others get sick, and a lot of chaos trying to get my husband the care he needs. Update: I've called many times for test results for the 48 hr test. They kept telling me "we will contact you when results are in." 6 days later and no phone call with results! Once again, so glad we took him somewhere else so that he could get the care he needed. He would still be very sick and missing work if we had relied on indigo's care. Disappointed! read more

Go see a real doctor. My husband has chronic sinus infections and is managed by an ENT doctor. He went there since it was close to home and he can't make it during normal clinic hours for appointments. He has a really bad sinus infection so I told him to try the indigo urgent care since it's close and has great hours. He went in and explained his history and his treatments, the provider totally disregarded him and told him to get mucinex. Thankfully we were able to get in with the ENT last minute and get him on antibiotics and prednisone to treat him. Waste of time and money just go to the multicare urgent care in Covington the providers there take care of you. read more

Fractured my ankle while hiking near Mt Rainier. My girlfriend drove for 1.5 hrs while we were trying to find cell service. Noticed that Indigo Urgent Care was open and on the way, so we came in about 40 minutes before closing during Memorial Day weekend. I was treated with compassion and care. They helped me get in by rolling out a wheel chair, took X-Rays, gave me a boot and crutches, and prescribed pain medication + gave a referral and the CD with images. They stayed open late because of me and I couldn't appreciate it more! This was the best urgent care visit I have ever experienced. Just wish we didn't live so far away from this location, because I would love to make it my preferred location for any such emergencies. This was my first visit to Indigo. The facility is clean and organized very well. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Check in on the tablet was a breeze and being placed in a room was very short. The Doctor was very nice and fairly quick to diagnose my Acute Bronchitis. Several items prescribed and off I went. I would absolutely recommend family and friends visit Indigo if they need quick medical help. I have visited several urgent type facilities over the years and some are not even close to the care provided at this location. I actually had a wonderful experience here today with my very very sick baby. I had been up all night with her and as it's a Sunday no way to get her to her real doctor. My baby's temperature was 103 at one point. I gave her children's Tylenol and her fever had gone down. The staff was friendly, professional and kind. They made me feel like it was important to get to the bottom of what was going on and they were all skilled with dealing with young children. Not only did they quickly preform the tests they made my child feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. This is a place I will definitely return to if I have another emergency. It's where MaryBridge children's sends you for a reason the staff is knowledgeable, they had the insurance and her health history. They were fast and didn't shy away at the fact she had a fever which other urgent cares would have. This is a five star medical facility. I recommend it to any worried mother out there. This team of doctors and medical professionals are skilled at caring for children. I was charged the same price for a follow up visit as the initial visit (I should not have taken their advice to come back for the follow up since they barely looked at my cut and said it looked normal after I had called to see if I really needed to come in). I think they just wanted my money. I had to wait for about an hour for the follow up and saw the staff acting very unprofessional and taking about stuff that should be private. On here they have decent reviews but if you go to their Facebook page it's not good at all and a lot of similar situations. I'll go to the ER before I ever go here again. Is at least get honest and thorough treatment. read more
