We have been coming here for four years with our three kids, and we have absolutely loved it. We love their staff. Especially Devin and forgive me for not remembering their name but some of the Latino male nurses. My son came in with a laceration in his head today, and the doctor found a unique way of gluing it so we can avoid stitches. It was an excellent experience for my son so redeeming from ER 6 mo ago. By far, my favorite urgent care clinic in the area! Their care and upbeat attitudes are unparalleled. Sometimes the wait be a little bit longer than I would hope but I've found that to be pretty normal almost everywhere. Although this time with the medium laceration, we were in and out so quickly. Most recently I brought in my 17-year-old daughter, who has PTSD, for a sore throat. Before any vitals, temperature check, questions, or even a look at her throat, the nurse said she needed a strep test. My daughter became very anxious, and instead of slowing down or reassuring her, the nurse was impatient, curt, and visibly irritated that she couldn't calm down. She then said the machine was being repaired but she'd see if she'd collected enough sample. A second nurse then came in to do the strep test again and seemed confused that we were waiting for results. She was even worse: condescending, dismissive of my daughter's distress, and impatient. The doctor was fine and took flu and COVID swabs, but no one ever called with results. I had to call 48 hours later to learn everything was negative. We both left close to tears. Patients with anxiety or trauma deserve patience and basic compassion. We won't be returning. read more

I've had a sore throat for a couple weeks and the Urgent Care location I normally go to was closed, so I figured I'd try Indigo. Is "Meh" a sufficient summary? My appointment was for 5:00 but they say to show up 10 minutes early. Traffic was light so I was there at 4:30. The guy at the desk says "Well, there's a 4:45 ahead of you, so go ahead and have a seat." 4:45 appointment shows up at 4:48, checks in, goes back. At 4:58 he calls me over, asks a couple questions to check me in (including prepaying based on their check of insurance), and I sit down again. At 5:11, they take me back to a room. The usual questions and a strep test. Doc comes in, takes a look, and says it's probably post nasal drip from a cold. Do a nasal rinse before bed and take some Mucinex DM if I'd like. A few minutes later, a nurse comes in and hands me some paperwork and starts moving me towards the door. I had to ask if my strep test was negative (fortunately, yes). As I'm reviewing the paperwork at home, there are a couple things that are surprising - when a sentence starts with "Discussed" I expect that we would've discussed it. Sorry, we didn't talk reducing nasal steroids if I get nosebleeds. Is that a big deal? Probably not, and I can read fine. We didn't talk about chamomile tea or fluid intake. I find it concerning when a medical chart says we discussed something that I'm reading for the first time. Between that and waiting in the totally empty lobby for half an hour when there's no one coming in or out? Meh. I'll try to plan my sicknesses around my preferred Urgent Care's hours in future. Update: I get it now. I got an email summary of my visit and they're big on metrics. My "Check In" was at 4:55, presumably when the receptionist started on my paperwork. By ignoring the fact that I'd spent 25 minutes just hanging out before checking in, their numbers look much better. Yeah, I'm good going places that focus more on patient experience than contrived data. Update 2: It was a bacterial throat infection. A doc at a different clinic took one look at it, heard that it'd been that way for over two weeks (same info as Indigo had) and was like, "Yeah, that's an infection. Viral wouldn't last that long, so here's a script for some antibiotics." read more

Came into the office for back pain, receptionist not very friendly , when we were able to be seen the provider Morgane, I believe did not check anything at all, we had told her that that pain is not muscular and she proceeded to only check the muscle with her fingers and then prescribe muscle relaxant, seriously unhelpful and they did not offer any additional testing. We walked out completely confused because we paid $120 for a complete lack of care it's absolutely criminal and shameful. We were seen for a total of 5 minutes total probably, I understand sometimes problems can seem bigger than they actually to people who are not medically trained, but no explanation or reassurance was even provided. Be aware of the covid 19 and flu test, they charged $324 extra, in addition to the $285 office visit fee to my insurance. They didn't inform me at the time, I thought it's included in the office visit fee, if they inform me I would not have do the test, other earlier review from Jan 10, 2025 also said she was surprised with this charge, I tried calling the billing number, they say there's nothing much can be done... Their website mentions from googling "If you don't have insurance, the cost of your visit will be $250, which includes a provider exam, consultation, and rapid lab testing (covid, strep, influenza). Incompetent with getting a prescription sent. Unavailable by phone to the pharmacist both the night of the appointment, the morning after, and the afternoon after. At 1:36 pm the following day they still have not sent in the correct script for the pharmacy to fill. The Dr was nice last night. The office is poor with getting phone calls to the Dr, passing on accurate info, and getting a timely response. So basically fire your receptionist. I received a bill with a billing code saying that I spent over 15 minutes at the urgent care. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an urgent care before. I have been to this location a couple times and I've had nothing but smiles and just really nice people helping me out, but today was different... The lady at the front desk on 9/25 was extremely rude and was very demanding. She felt the need to criticize why I was getting a doctors note. And in a snarky way, tell me that she couldn't guarantee that I could get one without even knowing my medical background which is extensive. It's an urgent care facility. That means you are most likely going to see a PA or a nurse practitioner. It also means they most likely will do nothing for you ("it's viral" seems to be their motto). Urgent care facilities are one of the biggest wastes in our healthcare system. I think they only exist so you can see a healthcare provider and have peace of mind that you did so. But no one I know has ever had an experience at an urgent care where they felt their issues had actually been addressed, so so much for the peace of mind. This facility is nice. The staff is friendly. Check in is reasonably quick (not quick, but reasonable). It's well decorated and clean. But it's still an urgent care facility. For most of the things you would go to urgent care for, you are better off using a telephone/video doctor for things that don't involve broken bones and stitches and using the ER for broken bones and stitches. So, three stars. It's "A-OK" for what it is. I just don't find these things very useful at all. read more

I was suffering for a few days with an ear infection that was progressively getting worse. Although I initially considered going to Evergreen Hospital, my insurance representative suggested I try an Indigo Clinic instead for less wait time and ease of scheduling. Having seen this clinic a bunch of times while waiting at Chick Fil-A, I decided to give it a try. This clinic is amazing in all respects! First, they accept all kinds of insurance including State insurance (Medicare and Medicaid). This is VERY unusual for an office of this caliber. Appointment Setting: Got in right away for the following day and even was able to change it when I called later on. Location: Couldn't be better because it is right off the freeway and only a few miles from my house. Office: Well appointed to the extreme. Really nice office, obviously new everything and very upscale. I was greeted by professional and polite check- in staff who followed all COVID recommended procedures to the letter. After walking in, i felt immediately at ease and recognized that coming here was a great suggestion by my insurance representative! Diagnosis and Treatment: Rad Tech Miguel brought me back within 5 minutes of my arrival and Dr. Weissman greeted me immediately! She was warm, friendly and inviting- the opposite of snobby or imposing. Dr. W, diagnosed my ear infection immediately after looking into them with an otoscope. I was impressed by her thoroughness and medical knowledge. Time Spent: In less than 40 minutes, i was registered as a new patient, diagnosed and picking up my medication at the pharmacy of my choice. I would recommend Dr. Weissman and the support staff at Indigo (Holly, Alana, Tiffany and Miguel), to anyone looking for great medical care in a really beautiful, clean, professional and efficient medical office. read more

This place is so incredibly slow it is unreal. What is the point of 1) picking a time online 2) completing all the paperwork ahead of time 3) submitting all payment and insurance info early if they do not honor that. When I get here they still take forever to check me in even though I did all the work? I usually sit in the waiting room for 45-60 mins PAST my appointment time. I had a good first experience here, however my most recent was incredibly disappointing. I made my appointment for 10:40am and showed up around 10:20 (hoping they may be able to get me in early if possible, but had no real expectation of that happening). I sat in the waiting room from 10:20 until 11:08. Once in the room after my vitals were taken, I had to wait an additional 50 minutes for a PA to see me. Wow I never thought I'd review an urgent care but I had such a good experience here I had to! I came in to get a COVID test (easy online scheduling process through Solv). The office itself is really nice, modern, and extremely clean. The staff here is awesome, the individual at the front desk checked me in quickly and made me super comfortable. She advised me there might be a small wait (which ended up being less than a few minutes). I was seen by the by the PA and Dr. almost right away, and they were both incredibly nice and efficient. I have never had such a good experience (not just at an urgent care, but ANY medical office). I HIGHLY recommend going here for any of your urgent care issues - they are the best! read more

Had an appointment at 3:00 and waited for an hour before they put me in a room. Then i waited another 20 minutes before just leaving. They are SO understaffed it's ridiculous. Another time, I went there to get a spliter out which had went in vertically and was deep inside my foot, they cut my foot open a bit and dug around and then said it already came out. I took my kid here and they took good care of him. We came in during the evening, and they made sure his eyesight was okay, and provided a prescription so I could get it filled immediately. The doctor was able to make sure it wasn't something super concerning (ie. needing an ER visit), so it was reassuring. We had a little wait, but, the front desk kept us updated. read more

I thought I had already written a review from my visit a few weeks ago, but apparently not. It was going to be a five-star review because of how quick, kind, helpful, and professional all the staff and medical personnel were. I just made a new appointment this morning (which is really easy to do online, and they had plenty of availability) for the same issue and within 20 minutes, one of the doctors at Indigo called me. She noticed it was for the same issue, and she wanted to consult with me to potentially save me a visit - and further use of money and insurance. AMAZING! We talked for a few minutes, and we determined a different type of antibiotics was the best course of action, so she sent in the prescription, which I'll pick up in a few hours. This level of care and attention is incredible. It saves me time, money, and insurance, and it reopens one of their time slots in case someone needs to do a walk-in for something far more serious than my issue. My elderly father was visiting from out of town for a week, and came down sinus infection. The physician assistant refused to give him a z-pack/zithromyacin despite hearing the patient's medical history with this type of issue. Additionally, they did not honor their appointment time and my parents waited over an hour to be seen. We eventually found a doctor elsewhere who wrote a prescription for antibiotics. read more

Went here two days in a row, first time for me and second visit for my son. Both times we were here for a total of an hour. Very easy to make appointments online. Felt like both doctors took the time to listen and make sure to check our concerns. Staff, nurses and doctors were very friendly. The office was very clean and bright. Appreciated the super easy online check-in process! The woman who helped me at the front desk was helpful and sweet. The facility is VERY clean and bright and comfortable. The nurse who did my COVID test was also really great!!! And all in all, the whole appointment was quick and easy. I'd give this facility 5 stars, but my experience with the doctor (female doctor, I do not remember her name!) was not A+. It was not awful, but it also was not great. I'm due with my first baby in August and being told "my bump looks so small" isn't super nice So that kind of ended the experience for me on a bad note. On top of that, she made me feel bad for not being vaccinated (personal choice to wait until baby is born to get it & MY obgyn is supportive of that, I've had a tough pregnancy) which again, wasn't the greatest. Saying things like "well if you feel like crap now in your third trimester, which most women do at the end of their pregnancy anyway, why not get it" is lame. You aren't my doctor and you don't know my health history, so comments like this aren't where it's at. Do better! All in all, would I go back? Probably! I called urgent care and they said come on in and that it would probably be an hour before they did see me. They got me in a lot faster than that. It was a very fast and clean experience. I went to Indigo for a COVID test. They don't tell you upfront that they do not do a COVID test per se, but along with an office visit. Only after I was in the examining room did I find out that it was going to be an office visit. I left with the assumption that there wasn't going to be a charge for the visit, but I was wrong. They charged my insurance $240 for a non visit. I asked my insurance to appeal, but they made mistake and paid Multicare Indigo again. And Multicare just kept the money. This company repeatedly called and harassed me and my wife for payment which they said they never received. They actually cashed the check in October which I proved by contacting my insurance agency to forward them the check. Despite this they sent my details onto a collection agency. Had an appointment for covid symptoms. Still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Then when I was seen, they did the covid swab incorrectly- it was barely on the outer part of my nostrils for maybe 2 second each nostril. The result came back negative. The nurse practitioner gave me my papers and said hope you feel better soon but I had to ASK HER if she wanted to look in my throat. Went to Evergreen urgent care down the road after this which was a much better experience and my covid swab was positive. I made appt for in person visit on Sunday with a skin condition. Physician assistant diagnosis was impetigo. Prescribed me a ointment to put on the rash. No antibiotics were prescribed. Rash kept spreading so I called back a day later and was told it was too early for a return visit. I called lake Washington Dermatology and got in today. Diagnosed me with a skin condition and prescribed me antibiotics. Told me the ointment prescribed by urgent care would not have taken care of issue. read more
