She was able to provide answers that worked with my circumstances and she was very patient I left feeling much better than when I went in due to her "bedside" manner. I've visited this facility several times for treatment of a UTI. I've usually received outstanding service ... except today. The PA reviewed my medical records and saw my numerous visits for UTI treatment and the prescribed antibiotic. As my custom, I described my developing and early stage UTI symptoms, my experience with UTI and asked for a strong antibiotic, such as amoxicillin. The PA must have taken offense to my suggestions because she prescribed Cefdinir, an antibiotic used to great general infections ... UTI's are not even listed on any web site for Cefdinir's uses. My UTI systems have continued to get worse and I know I'll have to return for a stronger antibiotic. I'm familiar with all of the excuses, for prescribing a weak antibiotic, and I reject them because of the multiple UTIs I've experienced. Apparently the PA feels she knows more about my UTI and how to treat it than I. I am terribly disappointed with this PA and this visit. read more

I was seen for cough, headache, and other symptoms that might suggest COVID or flu. It was not too busy and I did not wait very long to be seen. The front desk intake young man was very nice and I could see he would put patients at ease. The medical assistant was very thorough and suggested testing for COVID/flu which I had not thought of. Also a chest xray. He was efficient and very helpful in providing instructions during the xray. The provider was wonderful! Listened carefully and was also very efficient and understanding. I agreed with his decision and the medication prescribed. He could be compared favorably with the UW Medicine providers. That is where I received care for many years before moving to Olympia. This experience boosts my opinion of Multicare in general. Keep up the great work! read more

This place and maybe this company is a joke!!!! I had an appointment 8/29/2021 at 7pm for my daughter, we arrived there at 6pm, and nobody was there, lights off, doors locked. We waited till about 6:40 to see if anyone was going to show up, no one came, so while we were waiting we decided to call the Lacey location. They informed us that the location had to close early and that they sent their patients to the other 2 locations. I asked why was I not notified, they had no answer. I told them we were from out of town, dropping our child off for college, and that she had no other means of transportation after we leave (8/30) tomorrow, but they still could not take us. I don't know how places like this can run especially if they don't know if a doctor will be in or even show up!!!! read more

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. Sure, I had to wait, but I expected that. Everyone was efficient and polite, even though I could tell they were stretched thin and most likely pretty short staffed. The providers I saw were kind, competent, and able to provide the care I needed, which I was incredibly thankful for. I'd definitely come to this location again if needed and I'd recommend to anyone needing urgent care. Indigo is non-profit, which I appreciate. read more

I got prescribed doxycycline here for an infection. three days in to my week long prescription im breaking out in extremely itchy hives and my asthma is out of control. i call yesterday and am told to wait for my doctors call back. i call today and they tell me there is nothing they can do to change or call in a new prescription even with my diagnosis. what the fuck??? letting someone have an allergic reaction to the medication you prescribed and not helping them get a new one is unacceptable. read more

When I pay my copay, and all that you do is look at me for 15 min while I do your job for you (doagnose myself), don't run any testing or labs, then confirm my own diagnosis by prescribing me allergy meds to hopefully alleviate symptoms that led to a possible URI that I had, you betcha, it is ridiculous that you would be sending me an additional bill later. Your business practices are shoddy. Just because someone has decent insurance does not mean that they are made of money. I barely make enough to cover rent at my job. I am a college student on top of that. I am forced to pay $70/mo out of my check for Premera Standard PPO for my household. Charges should stop at the $136 copay upon my entry into said appt. Period!!! I will be disputing your surprise $66 bill that came 2 weeks later. For what?????? I didn't get anything magical out of this! I already knew what my diagnosis was. This is financial abuse at its finest. Also, take note, while you have plenty of time and resources to notify me of said bill over the weekend in the mychart app, you outsource billing to a separate entity that is closed on weekends so I cant even dispute it right now. Shame on you for exploiting the general public. This isnt about providing care. This is about ethics. Do better. read more

I we t in with 4 broken metatarsals, 3 broken or sprained toes. The NP was nice and be ause I needed pain meds for this, decided I must be an addict. I am not. Don't even drink. She was afraid to help me with what the ortho Dr said its a catastrophic brake that is disabling. Even her knowing this and I ended not being able to see him for 5 days she would not help me. New to area and my Dr. who knows me was on emergency leave and I could not motivate or drive in my own. Whe she got back, she called in a script but I was beside myself and that was after I saw ortho who was not so great at his job a d new to the area. Not impressed with Olympia health care at all. I asked her to call TG and they would tell her a drug to perscribe or call my heart doctor, he would advise. SHE would not, she was afraid she might hurt me!!!!! I suffered unbelievable pain. I was down for 6 months. She has no excuse and should not be running a clinic she cannot handle. Help! read more

when you aren't feeling good so you call to try and schedule and appointment and are on hold for 25 minutes before you hang up and call again just to get a rude individual trying to put you on hold again. I understand if you are busy but I also think there are better ways to not leave people just waiting. your customer service is awful, your employees have bad attitudes, you are here to help people not leave them pissed off. The facility is new, clean and modern which is a huge plus in my book. No one likes waiting around in an urgent care clinic, but the lobby felt more like a hip coffee lounge than a doctor's office. The staff was friendly and prompt, I was seen quickly and the Nurse Practitioner took the time to explain what was going on in my body and how the medications prescribed would help. It seems like not many providers will take the time to explain things to you so I really appreciated that. read more

I sliced my left index finger a week before my visit to indigo I'm one of those with high tolerance of pain and ought to have gotten stitches from the Git go and waited until I worried for infection. Went once for my daughters injured knee. They took X-rays said get in to the doc ASAP because I can see a broken piece floating. Def turned out to be nothing of the sort. I ignored a d moved on with my life. Today I have a UTI and had held off for several days because I tried treating naturally. (Worked in the past) Get in there and they tell me I have now make an appt they don't have any more today. There was no one there? I'm sure people were in the rooms. But still what happened to the word "urgent"? I'm not going to the ER for a UTI. Dumb. I found the alternate medical group across town is still managing to do urgent care successfully and they are cheaper- win for me! read more

If you are a Health Care Provider and you don't want to do your job during these times, don't show up to work - instead let someone else brave the line. There are courageous doctors and nurses out there, this place could use a couple. Went somewhere else, turns out I only had acid reflux & heartburn. I called ahead because we are currently in pandemic and was told by Morgan at the front desk the virtual care was an option instead of coming in but I could if I chose to. I chose to go to the clinic to have a doctor listen to my chest because it was burning and my temp was 99.7. When I got there I called for someone to bring me a mask as a precaution, at that point Morgan absolutely refused to let me inside the clinic because he didn't want to be "exposed" to covid-19. He told me to call the health department, which I did, and they told me to contact a doctor. Then he told me maybe there is a DIRTY clinic for me to get an x-ray at and to go somewhere else, he then stormed off. I was still parked calling the main number to make a complaint when he came back out to my car with a posted note with the county number written on it, when I refused to take it as I already had the number he stuck it inside my car near the window and walked off again. I'm glad everyone is supporting and acknowledging the brave health care workers out there, to which there are many! But the man representing this office today... read more

We walked in to get x-rays for my daughter and they said we would have to wait an hour due to appointments being scheduled before us. So we scheduled an appointment. We came back ten minutes before the appointment and filled out our paperwork. We waited in the lobby and two people who came in without an appointment were seen before us. We are still waiting and we were finally taken back 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. Lame. The concierge was helpful and professional. Kudos for the customer service. You would think they would see what appointments were coming up before they took in the walk-in appointment. Nobody checked in with us. Poor process flow and planning. We were finally seen over 50 minutes after our appointment time. read more

Indigo is a great place to go when you need to be seen quickly. After getting checked in yesterday I was seen within 5 minutes. The whole visit took maybe 15 minutes! It took me longer to wait for my prescription to be filled! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offer water and coffee while you are waiting. This is my go to place for my family when someone needs to be seen soon. I've always had a good visit. read more

I have a three year old daughter who has been complaining that her ear hurts. She woke up this morning saying "I have boogers in my eyes mommy." She has pink eye. We have been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half while two other people that showed up 30-45 minutes after me are being seen now. While my daughter is sick and needs to be home to rest and now has spread this very contagious pink eye, to multiple people and it's all over their waiting room. Doctor diagnosed me wrong. I was in severe pain with total loss of my hand and fingers for 5 days. Its a beautiful facility and the team is nice, but the doctor did not do his job. I was not told about the new WALK IN ORTHOPEDIC CENTER in Olympia by any one from urgent care during two visits to their Tumwater facility. They Do Not require a referral at Olympia Orthopedic Center. I went there as soon as they opened and had to have a cast put on to immobilize my hand and arm to keep from causing further damage. Hopefully i do not have permanent damage due to urgent care physician not recommending me to see a orthopedic. read more

I was in a bind when I had respiratory problems and found out my primary care person had left and I couldn't get a new appointment for over a week. My regular doctor told me about Indigo, which I had often seen when shopping in the area but had never visited. These people saw me right away, gave me prescriptions to alleviate my immediate symptoms and did added research which will help me figure out what additional specialized medical assistance I'll need going forward. I called back a few days later to ask for a change for cough medicine and they were very helpful. So much better than any emergency room experience I have had at either local hospital in decades and I feel better now knowing they are there if I need them again. read more

Every person who took care of me was wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone's names. I came in with a broken leg, in so much pain, and they all treated me so kindly and with compassion. I was able to be seen quickly and have an X-ray without making a trip to the emergency room and potentially waiting several hours to be seen. My wife developed cellulitis on our trip to Arizona from Seattle. Neesa was very caring and thorough and also examined my wife for shingles. She discussed some ideas for diagnosing and treating the condition. She prescribed appropriate medication and did her best to be reassuring . All staff members I came into contact with were not friendly, compassionate or kind. They acted very "put out" and seemed to not have any empathy for what symptoms I was experiencing. Receptionist acted very short with me. Nurse acted annoyed and said "Didn't they (meaning PCP) tell you your medications would take time to work?" All my meds given were prescribed to control coughing and they weren't working. I had been coughing for 12 hours. My coughing was due to spasms. She made me feel like I shouldn't even be there. Doctor did not allow me to get a prescription of a steroid medicine that had previously worked to control symptoms of coughing when I had bronchitis in the past. I took 2 pills in the clinic while there. I had been coughing so hard almost vomiting because of the force . He told me there are long term consequences of steroids which I have only taken once prior in my life & am not currently taking any other medications for other health issues. Isn't the goal to get your patient comfortable and the patient can take the risk of steroid use? I bet they don't address obesity with patients that come in for other health issues, but that's a major contributor to heart disease, diabetes, etc. You get my point... Overall disappointed at quality of care and felt as if no one cared one bit about me. I will not go back and will deter people from going there. read more

Ahhh! Clean, Healthy, Environment, Knowledgable staff?? The receptionist was kind of ditzy and slow, she made an error in the computer system and it took her and her team of staff about 20 min to figure it out. (How many Nurse Techs does it take to figure out an IT system?? Bum dum tisssssh) It seems like she was busy day dreaming about martinis and men with tattoos and motorcycles which was distracting her from her job! No big deal though, Im understanding. Anyway, I went in thinking i had a cyst on my Labia, I had Dr. Neesha, and she confirmed it wasn't a cyst but rather irritation from lube. She didn't do any swabs or perform any other procedures besides just a visual inspection, She suggested i go home and put yogurt on my labia to soothe the swelling and balance my Ph. 3 days later, after using the yogurt treatment twice--my vagina was worse!! It had contracted a yeast infection!! I visited the Olympia Location and saw Dr. Kim, She swabbed me and provided me with antibiotics, and informed me yogurt is not a good method of practice. Thats all folks, anyone want some yogurt? read more
