I used their services this week and was very disappointed. The PA was short,rude and barely assisted me, not answering my concerns and questions. My first time at Indigo Multi Care. Just moved here and between doctors. I went in hurting with UTI. The lady at the front couldn't have been nicer. I was seen quickly for a Saturday. The doctor knew his stuff. Explained everything very well and was extremely kind. They sent my scripts out before I even left and they were ready by the time I got there. I definitely recommend Indigo. Don't hesitate, kind , caring and extremely clean facility. read more

This place is nice and very modern. I did a walk in and was told there was a 2-3 hour wait. You don't have to wait there. I went back home and got a text about an hour and a half later saying it was just about time for me to be seen. They've also got an app where you can check the progress of the line. Everyone here is extremely kind. I was in and out fairly quickly. I highly recommend this place if you need to be seen the same day. Hopefully I won't ever need to go back but it's nice to know that they're there if necessary. read more

Our son thought he broke his toe, so we made an appointment for him online, which is such an awesome option! We headed on in to the clinic and from the friendly front desk, to the kind and quick care provided by the medical staff, we were very happy with the care we received. Friendly, professional, and compassionate staff. I would definitely recommend the Indigo at 345 Cooper Rd NW in Olympia. I live 70 miles from the facility and they worked with me so I got in that day. I really appreciated their efforts from the call to the treatment I received and kindness of the staff. This was on a Saturday. I left with a "boot" on an injured ankle after having it X-rayed. The doctor called me later and explained the X-ray results and the aftercare procedures. She thoroughly explained everything very well in a kind professional way. This was a very smooth process and everyone there was friendly and very competent. This location offered the worst service ever. I'm fully vaccinated and came down with Covid. The receptionist looked and me and said " Everyone's partying, everyone is so irresponsible". I looked her dead in her face and said that was not me. There is a lack of empathy and they are exceptionally slow. Seeing me with my symptoms, I waited in the car for my test for the text for my appointment time, and then after receiving my text, proceeded into the lobby, where I waited for over an hour, coughing, wheezing, and with a fever. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but rude nurses should stay home! If I were you, I would suggest another location. If Walgreens and Rite Aid can offer free, drive up rapid results, this place should at least offer that. read more

SCAM ALERT. Went there for a COVID test because of contact with others who are positive. Today I received a bill for the test. $616! The tests are supposed to be free. And all of my other COVID tests have been no charge. The test was only a few days ago, so they didn't even bother to go through my insurance because they know they won't pay for it. When I went in for care of my back and knee after a fall the wait was only 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional. Unfortunately the care I received was ridiculous. I went in for a muscle strain and was treated for a bad knee. Long story short I left with X-rays of my knee, a knee brace, a several referrals for a variety of physical therapy. I told the nurse I didn't need or want a knee brace and that it was completely overkill. She said that's what was prescribed and I can sell the knee brace if I didn't want it. The health care I received there was adequate. However, I received three phone calls within a week, asking me how I planned to pay my bill. Each time they asked many personal questions to "ensure security," and each time I replied that I would pay the $11.49 bill when I received a bill. If I had given my credit card number, the caller would have had enough information to compromise, not ensure, my security. They were really busy that day, but it is flu season. Despite how crazy it was everyone I came in contact with was AMAZING. My wait wasn't long, the ARNP was super sweet and made me feel at ease. All I wanted was a COVID test. I wrote to the WA Dept of Health and they sent a link of places to make appointments. I was ignorant that some for-profit facilities are using the pandemic to scam people. As it turns out, if you sign up for a COVID test here, they are going to charge you for a full medical exam. I am now going to have to find a way to fight this. They must have paid a programmer to make their facility come up to the top when you google "COVID tests near me." The worst part though was when the MA shoved a stick up my nose which seemed to reach my eyeball. It hurt so bad, I had to shove him off of me. I feel like suing for assault. My nose still hurts, several hours later. I should know better than to allow a man to close the door, so he can do whatever he wants and I have no witnesses. There is NO reason to do this to people unless you're trying to teach them a lesson--in my case, he was tired of me complaining about all the medical history questions and obvious annoyance at all the things that had nothing to do with getting a COVID test. He ran out of the room and then a doctor came in. REALLY? For a freaking COVID test? These people are criminal. I'm going to report this company to authorities. read more

First impression was 50/50. New, clean facility, but I received a cold, unfriendly welcoming when bringing my son in to be seen for a cough and fever. The wait time has been ridiculous! There were only 2 other people ahead of us when we got here and we waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Saw a nurse for vitals and now we've been waiting-again-for almost 2 hours. This is, hands down, the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care clinic. It's a really cool environment, the staff is amazing and you will not believe how fast everything goes! They didnt not honor my appt, even I call to make sure that my appt was confirmed and drove 45 minutes to this place because I was in pain.
