As a parent of a child with significant needs, finding the right support is everything -- and Lacee…read moreand her team have been truly incredible. From the very beginning, we felt seen, heard, and respected. Lacee takes the time to really understand each child -- not just their challenges, but their strengths, personality, and what helps them feel safe and supported. That kind of care is rare. Our son also receives speech services here, and the level of care across both occupational therapy and speech has been amazing. The team works so well together, and it really shows in how supported our son feels. What truly stands out is that it's not just Lacee -- everyone in her office is amazing. Every single person we've interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested. It honestly feels like finding unicorns all in one place, which, as a parent, you know is almost impossible. Lacee's advocacy made a huge difference for us, especially during our IEP process. Lacee doesn't just work with your child in sessions -- she shows up for them when it matters most. She helped ensure our son's needs were clearly understood and taken seriously, bringing knowledge, calmness, and clarity to what can be a very overwhelming experience. Shortly after starting school, our son went into crisis -- he stopped eating and drinking and was hospitalized for a week. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Lacee showed up for him and for us. She offered support, guidance, and practical strategies that truly helped us get through it. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget. The environment at Thrive Therapies is welcoming and sensory-friendly, which helped our son feel comfortable right away. We've seen meaningful progress, but even more importantly, our son feels safe and supported. There are a lot of therapy providers out there, but what Lacee and her team offer is something truly different. They show up, they listen, and they stand beside families when it matters most. For us, that made all the difference -- and it's something we will always be grateful for.

As well as my daughter for the past year and her coordination and emotional & social skills have grown and bloomed. Their team is amazing from Lucy at the front office to Sarah from their back office and all the Therapists for both Speech and OT. The best way to describe my experience as a parent here is that they truly see your child as a whole. You aren't another case file, it's not a one and done type thing, it's a process and their approach is one that really integrates for your child's whole being. They include you in your child's care. The owner Lacee is a wonderful and knowledgeable occupational therapist, her vision for the clinic is truly remarkable and one of a kind. Both my kids love coming to the clinic, even I as a parent enjoy it too! Thank you Thrive Team for being a huge part of my children's development. Your support from everyone on your team has felt like a breath of fresh air

They have helped me stand taller with specific exercises by strengthening my neck, back and core muscles. I have a long road ahead, but going to Advance Manual Therapy, I will Improve. I will add that if you do go to any therapy if you don't do the work at home that they recommend you will not improve.

So I came back two more times once a month but the last time the straw that broke the camel's back, Nov 2023, that I was given a female therapist (spouse) who was supposed to be the best one in there. She knew her stuff but when she kept massaging me due to my pain, I kept telling her throughout the session that I am sensitive or please go light on me as we would talk so much; and the more she talked, the more she pressed so hard on me having medical issues that she would say 'sorry' every time then we keep talking and she keeps pressing harder and harder as a disabled military veteran. Her perception of 'light pressure' is different from my perception of 'light pressure' as I talked to Stephanie the next day about it. The next couple of days I was still hurting so I had to go get this pain taken care of. So, I decided to get my refund of $100 as it wasn't worth still hurting, at least partial or half of it, and the bank said I can only do whole refund. So I decided let's do this and then found out from the bank in person following up this issue through my bank that they stated from Advanced Manual Therapy response said I signed papers as to how treatment would go more like they're not responsible should something go wrong. I noticed there is nowhere or protocol policy stating that I didn't sign stating about not getting my refund, but this is what you get when you go to places like this where you get messed over and it went out of my pocket to get painful treatment.

My PCP sent me to Optimal and I have been awestruck and amazed at the type of neuro care they have provided me with and the progress I have made. Have never been to therapy prior to my stroke and have been so impressed by the kindness and caring way I have been treated every time I visit. Natasha and Jackie at the front desk are welcoming and cheerful when we arrive and the entire PT staff goes way beyond expectations. Alan, Terra and Keanne have doctorates and think outside the box to find ways to improve my mobility along with Alyssa, Gene and Jewel putting up with my offbeat sense of humor! Yes, I am expected to work hard but they all make it more fun than work. I now walk without a walker or a cane and my left arm and hand are much better trained and respond to pretty much anything I need to do. My doctor was most impressed with my recovery and I told her to keep sending patients there-especially those recovering from strokes. The Horizon Ridge office is the place to go if you want to work hard and see results. I have already warned them that I am not ever leaving and look forward to every visit with them.
