The company owner, Nick Paciello, bragged about the training provided to his team members and about how his team is good at cooking. The Care Giver was not educated on how to utilize self-cleaning oven. She lined the oven with foil which melted into the oven and is now impossible to remove. Nick refuses to acknowledge that his team member was negligent and he blames me for not educating his team member on how to use the oven. Please note that I was bed ridden and unable to walk on my own. I did not know she was lining the oven with foil. I initially spoke to Chris who was very nice and knowledgeable about the services typically needed by the elderly community. He also was very helpful in getting me to understand 'why' my father acts a certain way and how we as a family can help him - to help himself. Chris carried on a conversation that was genuine and honest. Never once did I feel he was putting the companies interest above those of my family and my father. I had the opportunity to meet the caregiver before any decision was made. Chloe was an absolute sweetheart. She asked just the right questions and then described to me and my family what it would be like to have her care for my father. She explained her style, how she deals with difficult clients, and what she expects from the family. This was very refreshing because she actually set expectations for everyone. This made all of us siblings comfortable and we knew my father would like her. It's been a couple of months now and my father thinks he has a new 'girlfriend.' He acts like a kid now and has changed his behaviors for the better.
