A few weeks ago my wife was T-Boned, as close to it as possible. She is fine. Once the Toyota van…read morewas brought to Auto Nation Collision Center in Green Acres, Florida things got interesting. They called and emailed the time table and the pictures of the damage. They told us what needed to be done and how long it was predicted to take to complete the mechanical and body work. After two weeks I went by just to see how the repairs were going and that was when I met Robert. He was very customer friendly and even offered to take me back to see the progress. We went back to see the van. He took his time and explained everything that had been done so far and then what was next along with the new expected completion time. It was a great experience. We picked up the van on a Monday. The next day we took the van back to ask about a piece of molding witch turned out to be fine. Robert however noticed the difference between the two head lights. The new one was obviously brighter compared to the other head light. He told us to to wait right here and that he would be right back. Robert returned with a can if industrial head light cleaner and went to work on the dull head light. After just moments the there was great improvement in appearance. My wife and I appropriate the high level of customer service shown to us and Robert's professionalism. Thank you: Charles and Marisol

My insurance company referred me to Exquisite Auto Body for my car's repairs and I'm very happy with my experience with this shop and the repair outcome. Sharon provided me a quote for the accident repair as well as one for a minor dent in the front of my car, and Susanna called with frequent updates as far as - part arrivals, extra damage found, and an expected completion date. She also arranged everything to run smoothly with my rental at Enterprise. Thank you both! Happy to have my car back

My first visit went just fine, my second visit was terrible…read more If an insurance company is paying for your repairs, then you should be just fine. Especially if they are paying for a rental car. I found out the shop prioritizes these jobs and pays a lot of attention to detail. But boy oh boy, good luck to you if you come here paying out-of-pocket for your own vehicle. I had three broken car door handles. I stopped by the shop, they took a look, and said they would order and have the handles in within 1 to 2 days. They got those handles, but it took them three weeks before they could even see me to work on my car. It took two weeks before I could get a hold of the girl I originally spoke to, I kept calling over and over throughout the week and they told me she would call me back and she never did. When I finally did come in, damn. They only fixed two of the three door handles because they said they had the wrong piece for the third. They knew I had been waiting a long time so they said they would prioritize it and get me in right away. Not to mention there were marks all over the car doors that they fixed. And these marks did not come off easy. I took my car through a machine wash and also took a squeegee with some soap and it did not come off. When I called about it they told me they have to use a special tool for that. I guess they rushed because I was not an insurance accident vehicle. Additionally, I could no longer unlock my car from the passenger door, which was not a previous issue. I called back all the next week to try and make an appointment to come in and got the same delays as before. It took an additional 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. Absolutely ridiculous
