She didn't make any diagnosis. She kept sending us to other doctors. Finally we went to the ER where he received emergency surgery and a stent. For whatever reason Dr Bhagat decided my husband needed to die rather than receive follow up care after getting a stent. She didn't even check to see if he had a prescription for the essential medicine that helps you not reject the stent. She was way too lackadaisical and flippant to do critical care.

I was put at ease right from the start by the courteous, highly professional and compassionate staff. The preparation for the procedure involved starting two IV lines, which in my case, due to very small veins, is easier said than done. I had people sticking me in both hands at the same time, but they were super nice about it. Somehow, everyone managed not to become aggravated. I was especially impressed by Dr. Raggio, who was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything that he was about to do and made sure that my decision to go ahead with the procedure was well-informed. I can't say I've ever had fun during a medical procedure, but it was quick and easy, and I actually enjoyed the experience. If only all medical teams were this good! Oh! and they give you a sandwich and something to drink while in recovery; a very thoughtful gesture when you've been instructed not to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before. Dr. G lays out all your options and explains the differences, letting you make your own decision. Every other doctor told me to get a hysterectomy for my giant fibroid, but Dr. G. helped me figure out what I wanted. I decided on embolization and myomectomy. Dr. G. even referred me to another amazing doctor (Dr. Ali) for my surgery. I did have severe pain and Dr. G. was on the phone with us every step of the way. However, by 7 PM the same evening, my appointment was canceled, and I received a notice stating that because I had not provided a credit card, the system automatically removed my booking. I did see an email requesting my card information after I scheduled, but it did not include pricing, details about the consult, or any indication of whether the service would actually be performed during Saturday's visit, or whether the first appointment was simply a consult to determine a treatment plan. Without that information, I didn't feel comfortable submitting payment in advance. My plan was to call the office the next day to clarify the consult, the cost, and the reason a card was required. Instead, the appointment was canceled within just a couple of hours of being made. That level of rigidity feels unusual. In most medical settings, providing insurance or payment information simply needs to happen before the appointment--not immediately upon booking--and certainly not with automatic cancellation so quickly. Requesting a payment method upfront without offering any pricing or clarity about the service feels inappropriate and unreasonable. This treatment feels more like fast food, rather than a professional medical environment. I'm not ruling out rescheduling, but this experience leaves a poor impression, and I'm now considering other options.
