Not only did Tammy help me locate a socket wrench set that would work on the lock nuts, but when I was still having trouble at home screwing in the lock nuts with the socket wrench set, I was able to physically bring the workout bench to the store and she personally helped me screw in all the lock nuts (making sure I understood how to do it).

In the contract it gives you in store credit?! Never received that...she agreed to mail me a check for $50. I will attach her text to me! I have NEVER received a check! I don't normally yelp negatively but I am tired of businesses taking advantage of others.

This review is specifically for The Cupboard's knife sharpening service…read more I had several issues with the service: I was told the sharpening would take 48 hours. No one contacted me within that timeframe, so I waited an extra day and called myself. Only then was I told it was finished. The knife came back with a burr on the tip that I had to remove on my own. A sharpening service should inspect their work and handle basic finishing before returning the knife. The knife was damaged, and nothing was mentioned to me. It looks like a mechanical sharpening tool was used, and it left a noticeable gouge in the finish. This is a $250 Benchmade pocket knife that was essentially like new. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The communication was poor, the knife wasn't ready when promised, the finishing work was subpar, and they damaged an expensive knife without acknowledging it. I only noticed the damage when I got home. While the knife still functions, it's extremely frustrating to have your property damaged and not be informed.
