This isnt about Pitbull and Lil Jon, who were fantastic , but about the venue…read more I have been coming here for years as I do love me some good live music. Arrival: The venue is located avout 3/4 of a mile down from the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino nestled in between Hwy 70 and Hwy 65, getting into the venue parking is relatively smooth depending on your arrival time. Obviously the closer you arrive to start of showtime, the more traffic, thus slower entrytime. I arrived just over 90 minutes early as I wanted to be sure to have butts in seat for Lil Jon. I had advanced paid for general parking(new this year as in past GP was included with admission) I was filtered and directed through to an exterior lot (unpaved) and smoothly directed to a spot by one of the many parking attendants about. After parking, and I cant stress enough, i took a pic of the closest lot sign so i knew my location, My party (wife and children(all. 20+ age) walked towards the venue and through security to enter. Again, early, so made it through security and ticket gate smoothly (efficient lines for security broken into those with bags and those without) took a quick pic(security used my camera for me) then scanned tickets for entry. Given the artists playing, it was a party atmosphere like a ginormous club, Drinks, $$$$$$, you want em, they have em, but you are going to pay. Im too old to plop on the grass so I spent a few extra to be in a seat, my kids (some added late) were up on the lawn View from seat is great. Its a fun venue for a show. Staff, everyone from security, parking, tickets, vendors were friendly, helpful ,overall great. So why the 3 stars,.... It was obvious once the show started that they had a lack of staffing for a sold out show The normal ushers to check your tickets were nowhere to be seen in the walkway between the lawn area and 200 sections, not once in the couple trips from my seat in between Opener and Headliner did I see an usher in this area, let alone asked to verify my ticket, therefore I can only assume any adventurous person from the Lawn could easily have slipped down to the seats. Restrooms, there are two brick & mortar restrooms on the concourse areas on either side fom the entry, and then 2 large banks of porta pottys on either side just down steps from the lawn area, but from appearance(lack of staffing ?) On the side outside the 211 section appeared full bank open, long long lines, outside the 201 section, this bank looked like only had 2 portas open, and a whole larger bank was behind a fence not in use. Show was great, sound, comfort and vendors walking avout selling drinks or snacks. After the show, just settle in, we walked back to our vehicle, but the plethora of parking attendants from entry seemed to be maybe 1/2, or just stationed elsewhere as lines to get out were slow or bot moving at all. Knowing this going in, I settled in for the wait and amused myself watching the many people who did NOT note their parking area when arriving wander about clueless to the location of their vehicle. Suggestions to improve leaving, they need at least one or two more exits, and if they have them, I didnt see, but some lit portas out in the outer parking if we are going to have these waits.

This stadium offers fans many food and beverage options, relaxing areas to soak up the sun while watching the game, activities for kids of all ages, perfect views of the field from any seat, and friendly, helpful employees. The views of the bay from the stadium are stunning. We sat in the front row of the left-field bleacher seats, and our view of the game was incredible. We felt so close to the field and players that it seemed as if we were on the field ourselves. Tip: If you plan to sit in the outfield bleacher seats, note that they offer no back support. Stadium seats are not allowed in this stadium, but seat cushions are OK. My wife recently had knee surgery, so climbing stairs to our seats was a challenge. I spokento usher Jessica, who was assigned to the very top of the left-field bleachers. Jessica was understanding and let us sit in unused seats with back support at the very top of our section for the entire game. This was arranged with the understanding that if the seat's ticket holders arrived, we would move back to our original seats. Fortunately, no one claimed these seats, so we were able to stay there the whole time. Ushers like Jessica deserve praise for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to give guests like my family and me a truly wonderful, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Thank you!

We arrived in great spirits and started with the brisket sandwich, which was excellent and cooked to perfection. I also want to give credit to the employees working at the brisket sandwich stand. They were friendly, super helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They made us feel welcome and got our visit off to a great start. After that, we grabbed a drink before heading to our seats. We decided to have one more drink, so we ordered a Lagunitas and a Blue Moon. I'm not sure if it was the plastic cup or something else, but the Lagunitas tasted very different and seemed off. I went back and politely asked if I could switch it for a Heineken. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me at the Skyline Bar, next to the Gilroy Garlic Fries stand on the Club Level, was very rude and unprofessional. He was wearing glasses and a black shirt with the number 58 on it. He told me that nobody else had brought their beer back. I suggested that he taste it himself, but he replied that he couldn't. The interaction left a bad impression and took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. That's why I'm giving this place three stars. I hope management works on customer service and employee training, especially considering how much customers spend on food and drinks at the ballpark. Overall, the food was great, and the staff at the brisket sandwich stand were outstanding. My only complaint was the poor customer service I received at the Skyline Bar.

My travel companions are national park people first but baseball aficionados second and they're on a quest to visit as many ballparks as possible. I happily tagged along for this Single-A game, and to my surprise, I absolutely loved it!!! This ballpark is tiny and cute with a cozy feel that makes you feel close to the action no matter where you sit. We even found free street parking just steps away which I would consider a small miracle compared to bigger stadiums. Since we arrived early, one of my friends and I ended up participating in not one but two of the in-between-innings promos and competitions. Did I want to be on the Jumbotron? Not exactly... but when in Stockton, right? I even won a trivia contest and walked away with an adorable little bear which I brought home to give to my friend's son. To top it off, one of my friends got me a baseball for my travel collection and he also gave me the t-shirt he got after winning a blackjack promo, beating the dealer. It was all so fun and silly in the best way. This is definitely a small-town baseball magic that made the whole experience memorable. I think the Ports ended up losing, but oh well! Between the friendly crowd, the quirky promos, and the charm of such a small, intimate ballpark, it was a delightful day. I'm genuinely glad I went and I'd happily come back for another game here!

Yes even the restrooms. Concessions were plentiful. Pricing was on par. Food offerings were typical. Beverages were nice and the bar in our area featured cocktails to order with an extra shot for $1. Trust me they get you on the base. lol Between innings entertainment was relatively minor league typical. Good place to take in a game.
