The Center's staff ensured the facility was squeaky clean for the day of our event, and the kitchen adjacent to the ballroom area made it easy to support the event with refreshments. The planning crew, Asad, David and Olivia were amazing. Asad was super awesome on the day of our wedding, coordinated everything so that there were as little hiccups as possible. As much as we would like everything to be perfect just like you who may be reading this, realistically not everything will go according to plan. So please be flexible. This place is a hidden gem and by the external looks you would never guess such a rich/plush venue exists here. But once you go inside, it's a game changer. I was calling up another business that belongs to the same owners for an event with a very short notice, and their other business was booked. I asked their staff member if they had other venues available, and he told me to expect a call from their owner in the next few minutes. No more than 10 minutes later, the owner of this venue called and told me all about it, and just by his hospitality I was honestly blown away and sold on doing business with him. The rest of the story was an amazing event night (pictures speak to themselves), a wonderful food buffet, and a night to be remembered for years to come. I wanted a floral garland as my altar decoration and she went above and beyond to bring it to life--even staying through cocktail hour to repurpose this garland as reception decoration. At 5:30am on a Sunday (after being out late) I was woken up by workers making a LOT of noise in the kitchen. The continental breakfast isn't out unitl 8, so I have no idea what the racket was all about. My allergies are bad here this time of year, but I can usually manage. I woke up with itchy eyes because the windows don't seal. They are still the original single pane. One of them was broken and a piece of plexiglass was installed to cover the opening. I chose this location because of proximity to the events I was attending, but I don't think I will stay again.

There are a few parking lots within a short walk, a street parking in the neighborhood. Pre-show we lined up for entry. There is a bar on the 2nd floor. The show room is beautiful with the 1st floor that can have seating, or a stand up audience. The 2nd floor has 3 tiered seating. There is not a bad seat in the house for watching the show. The sound system is very good. My wife and I look forward to returning for future shows.

I hate to update this with a bad rating, but my hearing has been DAMAGED after attending a show…read morehere. They had usually kept the sound levels here reasonable, but one show I attended was louder than usual. Afterwards, I have had ringing in my ears for the past TWELVE WEEKS. While I didn't think much of it during the show, I obviously would not have gone had I known it was going to cause this much damage. The venue should have posted a warning about the sound being above safe levels, and clearly advised patrons to use hearing protection and made that easily available. I learned too late that a sound level meter would have clearly shown that the sound levels were loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. I'm normally the last person to complain about sound being too loud, but it's simply inexcusable that any show in a public venue would cause hearing damage! I have sent printed letters about this to the venue, its parent company and the management of the band. I have not received any response at all, not even an apology. I live very close to this venue and had attended many shows, but I no longer can after this. I greatly value my hearing and am now spending much time and money in efforts to minimize the damage this one show caused me. I was very happy to have this place open so close to me, but now I can't wait to move.
