What made it extra special was that one of the ladies in the group had an automatic gratuity added to her order (20%) while the rest of us were given the option to choose our tip amount. Without explanation and no forewarning. Now normally I am very generous when it comes to tipping. I recognize the hard work that goes into serving customers but with the low level of service, i didn't feel 20% was deserving. I want to like this place, especially with the "new" management, but attentive service is the most important in the industry and really has an impact on customer experience.
