It took the gas…read morecompany 15 weeks, due to the number of customers looking to get gas lines hooked up to run the line into our house. We finally got our line run to the house on 1/24/22. A note for the gas company, you need to deal with Ellen Whelan, as she is so helpful and she will do everything in her power to help you. CCIP came out on Thursday 1/27/22 and had the gas fitters and electricians do their part and then I called the gas company to place the meter so the final work could be completed. The gas company placed the meter Friday and the electricians came out and finished their work and Nick, the owner of CCIP came out Friday night at 6:30 PM to start the generator and we were good to go. This all happened last week the night before the "Cyclone Bomb" storm we all dealt with on Cape Cod. We lost power at 8:00 AM Saturday and it didn't return until Sunday at 2:00 AM. So, if we didn't have the tremendous work effort of CCIP we would have either froze or would have had to find a hotel for the night, which given the fact that all the electrical companies had already booked all the rooms in the area, we would've been SOL. So, if you are considering a generator for your house, please look into CCIP as they are the BEST on Cape Cod and they will treat you right. I worked on heaters for years he definitely didn't know what he was doing according to Scott (who was extremely ignorant) when I told him I had an electrical contractor look at the system said they wired it wrong. Said we never touched any wires. So it must work magically then. Needless to say they charged us for what there service man ruined. The owner doesn't care either never received a call back. Scott said there on the same page. Now we have to hire someone to rewire it. If I could give zero stars I would, We had a new heating system installed by Hall Oil in March…read more2024, We called because we could not regulate the heat we would have the thermostat on 68 and it would get so hot so would have to run a fan, Called Hall and got Scott who is very rude and arrogant and he said if we come out and this is not our fault you will have to pay for the service call, We ended up not having them come out because it was a financial issue at that time, But this past November we had to have them come out because when we went to turn on the brand new heating system that they installed the screen keep reading stand by and no heat so we finally called again and got Scott once again and he sent a man out that could not barely speak English and could not tell us the issue but had no parts on his truck and was not eh telephone for the two hours he was at my house, and left saying sorry no heat. The next day same man came back told us it was the transformer and they did not have the part we would have to wait unto Monday. Monday morning I call and what do you know got Scott again and he said he can not send anyone out, That is when I lost it a little and he got a different man to come end of day and he said the wire was broken he replaced a thermostat and got the heat working in the main house but not in the bedrooms (two valve house separate heat but same system) He said we need to replace the valve head which we did......But we usually do not run the heat in the bedrooms unless it is very extremely cold like it has been this past week. So we go to try to turn the heat on in the bedrooms and guess what?!?!?!?!?! NO HEAT..... call Hall Oil and talk to Scott he said that they did not touch any wires and that we would have to pay for them to come out........Can you make this up? I spoke to a lovely women names Sara and she said she would have the owner call me back but I am still waiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND HALL OIL
