As someone who was bullied numerous time, the school didn't cared even though my parents emailed them. It got to the point when my parents called the bullies parents. But that's not it, my parents paid extra for a social worker outside of school even though it could've been cheaper if they had it at school. IEP accommodation and speech therapy didn't work well because they would pull students like me outside of class and this caused me to miss more school stuff.

I parked my car and I took my son in my arms. he hugged me and cried a lot. I began to examine him and saw bruises on my hands. I returned to the kindergarten to find out what happened, but Ms. Myra said that my son did not share the toy with another child, there was no physical contact. Miss Sylvia suggested looking at the cameras the next time we arrived at school. my son went 3 times a week. we went home, but the son cried heavily all evening. in the morning I bathed him and saw purple traces of nails under his arms. I immediately went to school to watch the cameras and what I saw during lunch was outraged. my son was youngest one in group. He doesn't understand how to move a chair anD sit. he stands on a chair and slide on sit. Miss Rachel didn't like it and hardly pulled his hand where bruised bruises. 3 times. Why she didn't helped him? Why she doesn't showed him how to sit. He is a baby. Then she was distracted by other children and my son was able to sit down to eat. All the time when I picked him he was hungry. After she dragged David by the hand to the cabinet with snacks, he did not have time to move his legs. and from the closet she pulled him by the armpit where there were scratches. this person should not work with children. it is dangerous for children. I saw how she hardly was hold for hand other boy as well. I don't know what was in other days. As well first week nobody washed a hands for my son after lunch and nobody changed his dirty dress. I picked up my son so dirty . After complaints, the teachers began to change the child's clothes, but not after lunch, but after sleeping before my arrival. Miss Silvia said me before sighted of contract that they have cooker and he can cook for my son vegan food. But after signing contract miss Silvia said that they can't cook for my son , and I have to bring a food in some days. As well I brought my snacks, because they doesn't offered me own snack without dairy and eggs. When I asked about organic , miss Silvia said that they doesn't provide organic food for other mom she said that all food is organic, and for one more mom she said that they have half organic food. Where is the truth? And after accident with miss Rachel I didn't trust them my kid anymore and I asked about to return my money. Miss Silvia left to Texas and when I tried to contact with her she ignored my calls, my email and text massages till I went to police . After that they sent my money back.

If you're child has special needs I suggest hiring an Education Advocate to help you because the school isn't proactive in helping these challenged students. My daughter has dyslexia and they did not advocate assistance even after we paid to have a psychological education profile done by an outside educational psychologist. Unless your kid is a mess in school, they do little to help. Getting her first 504 was a battle because she had "good grades"
