He would always respond to our emails within a reasonable time and would be honest about when he could deliver any of the pictures. He was flexible with our schedule and even shot our awesome engagement photos with just a couple days notice. He even worked while on vacation to send me some photos for the thank you cards. The photos that he took for the wedding day and engagement were fantastic and both my wife found many photos that we wanted in the album. It's actually a problem because I'm not sure how we will narrow them down to 50. On the wedding day, Micah and his back up were on time, worked their magic even while we were hectically running around, and even took some more shots after it was all over. To be honest, the location we had at the hotel to shoot at wasn't the prettiest by any stretch but Micah made it work well. Micah's pricing was very reasonable. Over the course of a few weeks she was easy to talk to and keep in contact with me up until the day of our engagement photo shoot. We kept in contact via email and she was able to help us choose where to have our photo shoot and what theme we should have based off of our hobbies. My fiancé likes to body surf and I love to collect seashells so she suggested a picnic at the beach and to bring my shells for the photos. We were able to have a cute picnic at one of the beaches in LA. We hauled a bunch of little doodads to help set the scene and Michel just used her magic to make everything presentable. My fiance and I have never had a professional photo shoot before so we were nervous but Michel was able to make us feel at ease. She was able to tell us what to do or what poses to make while still letting us be ourselves making the photos more candid. She was able to capture photos at the picnic and in the water as well. We were able to receive around 100 edited photos about 1-2 weeks after the shoot and they were beautiful. I showed them to my mom and she said "pretty" for almost every photo. I think a previous review put it best when they said Frank was a Master Artist…read more I called on Frank for a pretty difficult assignment: a senior photo for a yearbook picture. Sounds easy enough. Cut to my kiddo who is a fantasy writer, in the Creative Writing Conservatory at Orange County School of the Arts. Not the usual kid, not the usual school, and a usual photographer was not going to do. I looked and looked for a photographer who could handle alternative imagery (I don't know how else to put it). Not to mention, my child is also autistic and shy and does NOT like photos taken, so that was going to be a hurdle as well. Another photographer, who's opinions I respect, recommended Frank for the job. He kindly took us on with very short notice as the deadline was rapidly approaching. We had the BEST time at the session! He made my child extremely comfortable with his warm personality. And he knew exactly the "feel" we wanted for the photos. His wife was also there to help and she was so kind to us. The whole experience was enjoyable. And the photos! They were incredible, and really captured my quirky kid's passion. Gavin photographed our wedding and changed (deleted) the scenic background on all of our photos…read more Our relatives took better pictures from their seats than Gavin did - though his contract required that he had access to all areas at all times even over our videographers. We tried to work with Gavin after we received our photos but he was relentless. We ended up in a lawsuit where the judge ordered Gavin to pay us back 2/3 of what he charged us. (He didn't pay until the Sheriff froze his bank account.) He's a cookie-cutter phtoographer, he can only deliver one thing.
