To be clear: I'm not questioning their friendliness or effort, but proper bathroom remodeling requires evaluating insulation, vapor control, and the condition of exterior walls during demo, especially when replacing drywall on an exterior-facing wall. That step didn't happen here, and it ultimately created a significant expense and inconvenience down the road.
