Not only did we request a custom kitchen design based on our architect and designers designs, we also needed custom cabinetry in our bathroom as well. We came across Belco Cabinets via our general contractor and boy are we glad we did. From the very first meeting we were treated with professionalism and respect. We know that we were not their biggest customer, nor did we spend more money than any other customer but they made us feel like we did. This is not a online clearinghouse, nor mass produced Chinese cabinetry. This is precise design and every time I called with a question about design, measurements, hardware, symmetry, paint colors, paint sheen, cabinet lighting, sliding drawers, specially cabinet design, heck even things in the kitchen that didn't have anything to do with cabinets but the kitchen in general; they answered the phone and greeted me by name. They were there day or night to walk us through the process. Even after the cabinets were installed and we needed some follow up we were treated like their most important customer.
