And the little concrete that was on a few posts was below the water line so of course rotted quickly. The boards were also not even nailed to posts correctly. It was so poor other contractors would t even touch it and wanted start over completely. I have filed a claim on bond and license to put toward a new fence by a competent contractor. This summer, I was lucky enough to get a spot in his busy schedule to completely repaint my house and replace the siding as needed. While replacing the siding, he found some random electrical issues with the old wires but he just took it in stride and was able to get everything taken care of and fixed. He also painted the walls, repaired some previously damaged drywall (you can't even tell where he repaired), removed our bathtub with 2 water knobs and converted it into a dual head shower with a newer home style 1 handle water mixer for my mom's old home.
