They came out to get our car, lowballed us on the price. They said they would come get it and 3 days later they finally came out. Every time we called the answer was the same "we're right around the corner, we'll be there in 15 minutes", only for them not to show up. When they finally did, they loaded the car incorrectly, forgetting to take the brake off, so when they started to drive away the tires of the car left a huge streak mark all the way down our driveway. I called and they said "oops, sorry I'll tell the driver to be more careful next time" I would never recommend this business to anyone. read more

The worst experience I've had at a junkyard/auto recycler in 35 years. Do not do business with them. Called regarding a set of tires. Represented them as having. "plenty of tread". Said I would be driving an hour to get there. when I arrived, I found two tires that were marginal to pass inspection. said wouldn't take cash. not even for the two. Wasted my time and money getting there. They advertise on Facebook marketplace as well. Avoid them at all costs on top of everything before I left they swore at me and told me to get out. read more

Rude rude rude, I called over the weekend to junk a car. He offered $125 for an older crv that needed to be towed. Fine, we arranged a pick up. When a friend heard I was only offered $125 for it, he found someone to buy it for $400. It ran and drove just needed some work. I called to cancel the pick up and the man here was instantly so offended I was going back on my word and our "deal" I said I'm sorry but I found a private sale who is offering me more money, he then proceeded to tell me I should go back to school and learn the value of someone's word. Like listen man, you run a business, junkyard or not "deals" fall through. If you were a little nice and not so ignorant maybe we could have worked something out. ‍ rude. Been shopping here for years, Ed Danny, The guys out back are great, DJ Larry etc, when they are free will do anything to help me acquire the parts that are stuck or bolted tight, Ed and Dan work with me on items when they seem to be out of budget, They like to make it happen even if it means shaving off 20% for me, But its what keeps us coming back right? Horrible experience! I don't know if it was the owner I was speaking with or one of the workers, but who ever it was has completely ruined the places reputation for me. Also, I am going to make sure I tell everyone I can about the horrible behavior I received while attempting to acquire a used part for my vehicle. I am a NH Manchester native and I know a lot of people in the area. This is what happened: I first looked on line for the part I needed, getting an idea of how much I should be paying for the part, New! I then call one of the auto parts stores to double check and make sure it was the right part for the amount listed. It was, only thing is I would have to wait a day for it to arrive. Not to bad 1 day but I kinda want to switch it out today so I thought maybe I could pick a used one up at a junkyard for right aroumd the same price or less. Well that didnt happen with this junkyard. The price of the item online and at several auto stores ran between $5.00 up to about $16.00. When I called Murray's I was told they have the part and it's cost was 25.00. That's used, not new. When I mentioned that Autozone sells the part for 6.99 and questioned why they are selling the used part for 25. I was told that maybe autozone wasnt selling the full assembly light. I advised him that it was, but I would just have to wait a day. He repeated theirs was 25. And that I can go buy it from autozone then he hung up on me. After that I checked the item again online to make sure it was actually the right part and I called autozone again just to double check. The new part for 6.99 was indeed the complete assembly. The clerk from autozone couldnt believe the junkyard wanted $25. And state maybe they are out of touch on what that part now sells for. I called Murray's again and asked why they were selling that part for so much when it could be purchased at many other places for average 10. Dollars and less. The man there said I was annoying him, said that is what they get for the part and then he hung up on me. What a nasty person, but worse than that they are ripping of people who don't know better or can't research the price of a part. That man at Murray's should be fired if he is a worker, if he is the owner well sooner or later his bad business practices will catch up with him. I know myself will never do business with that place and I will make a point to let everyone else know they should look elsewhere for a used auto part. read more

I am giving them a 4 star rating. If there was 3 and a half that would be more accurate. I called them on a whim. I needed my other half truck picked up within 36 hours it was a beaten up 1995 ford truck. I called them right up the first gentleman I had talked too was very nice and polite. I was nervous to call them never done this before so I had high anxiety. Told me he will pick it up today. Great!!! Good way to end the convo. So I had called them up after wards telling them that I told them the wrong make and model. ( I am not a car person at all) Thinking it was something else instead of what I had told them at first. So I called them and said hi, this is so and so. He was like "Yeah". So I explained the situation to him and he wasn't understanding what I was saying, that I made a mistake. At this point he was very rude and I was getting mad and even more anxious....... So the customer service is a medium. They do pick up the cars very fast and efficient gives you how much they are going to pay you and then boom your done. The driver that had picked it up was absolutely amazing!! He had called me to make sure everything is all set for him to pick up!!!! read more
