Matthew, my last name was changed due to an abusive father to myself, mother, and my sister. Not…read moresure how my name has anything to do with this matter other than it shows how petty you are. You also left out that I was offering to leave the bike on Sunday for you to work on it during the week. Your light staff on Sunday? You state in your response you had no issue with continuing the business relationship but, are you not the one who handed me the tire and said to go elsewhere? Are you not the same person who told me this had nothing to do with you, yet here you are responding to this situation? Jason X... it's Marshall. Has been for 2 years. Brentwood NH court, 11/2016.

I called ahead to have my kid's Honda Odyssey worked on (the buggy, not the car) - it needs tires and a pull cord for the starter, since it broke off. Easy fixes, they said on the phone. I get there, no one from service is there and the "manager" says they wouldn't work on it anyway, take it to a Honda dealer. Thanks for wasting my time. So dissapointing, since they were so awesome maintaining my kid's dirtbikes for years.
