I have purchased 3 vehicles from Walls Ford, and have serviced 2 others. The sales staff have always treated me with respect and negotiations have been honest and fair. Sean Freeman in service is an outstanding service advisor, the Technicians and Mechanics, have been excellent in diagnosing and fixing any problems I have had, even though they are few. They fix it right, the first time. As cars get more and more complex, Good Diagnosticians are becoming more and more rare. Walls has been pretty good in this area, better than most. As a Ford customer since 1981, I have experienced many ford dealerships over the decades, starting with Wilmington, Bonnell, Sentry and Regan, Ford, all now long gone. Had good luck at Londonderry ford with my Supercharged Mustang, but have settled on Walls as the best for the past 16 years, take my word for it, it does not get much better than these guys as dealerships go.

I contacted the dealership through their website and scheduled a day and time to check out the car. They messaged me saying the car would be waiting outside for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was still inside the dealership. The dealer I was working with, Mr. DeVito, asked me to wait while he arranged the test drive. Since it was lunchtime, I went to a nearby restaurant. While I was eating, Mr. DeVito called and asked me to come back the next day. I didn't understand why I had to return after already scheduling an appointment, but I agreed. The next day, the car was finally outside. I drove it with Mr. DeVito. Since I planned to trade my old car as part of the purchase, we negotiated the prices of both vehicles. We reached an agreement, and Mr. DeVito told me I had seven days to have the car inspected. I mentioned that in my experience buying cars from dealers, inspections are usually completed by the dealership before purchase. Mr. DeVito told me they didn't have the registration yet, so they couldn't do the inspection. He then said, "You do the inspection, I promise to reimburse you; we'll send you a check." I left the dealership, and within minutes, they called me back saying they had the registration after all--clearly proving they could have done the inspection themselves. It's been almost two months since I purchased the car, and I still haven't received the promised reimbursement check. While the amount was only $35, a promise is a promise, and failing to honor it reflects poorly on the dealership. Overall, the entire experience with Wall's Ford was very disappointing. From the mismanaged appointment and test drive to the unfulfilled promise, it was a frustrating process. I will never buy a car from this dealership again, and I highly recommend others stay away as well.

So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! I will definitely be going back to this shop when I need a mechanic! .......Hopefully not soon tho!

Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

The very next day I called back because the grinding noise was still happening. I was told the new brake pads need to break in. Three months later called back, the noise is still happening. I make another appointment, leave my car for another day and now I'm told the owner can't hear anything but if there is a noise its from rust building up over night and it just grinds off in the morning. Bottom line, the owner doesn't fix anything, only replaces parts you don't need. Do not bring your car here if you need a real mechanic or brake expert! You will only hear an angered owners excuses when he has no answers for you.
