I am so thankful and grateful to have found this place. My guinea pig sadly unexpectedly passed…read moreaway about a week or so ago. I was heartbroken and was looking for a place to bring my special boy to be cremated because I couldn't bear burying him in my backyard. With just a phone call, I was able to bring my boy down to this clinic and have an employee meet me outside to take him and help with starting the process of cremation. I felt so loved and cared for by every employee I came in contact with. I couldn't keep myself from crying, and they helped me through every step of the process. They let me take a moment in the bathroom to collect myself, they offered to trim some hair and put it in a special bottle for me, and even took rainbow stamps of his nose and feet on a piece of paper for me to have a piece of him with me since I wouldn't get his cremation box and paw prints back for a few days. They also let me come into the back and say my last goodbyes, taking as long as I needed. They told me how pretty he was and how they could tell he was a special boy to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for such a terrible situation. I walked out of there feeling so comfortable knowing they were taking care of him and making sure he would make it back home to me just as I wanted. I just went back today and received his cremation box along with other little things they added into the bag to make it special (a bag of forget me not seeds, little tissues, and flyers and a postcard with helpful heartfelt messages). I truly appreciate the love they put into caring for a pet that has passed on. Thank you to every employee that helped me that day, especially the front desk woman, and thank you for being so caring. I can't express my appreciation enough.

She needed help getting up and struggled to get around on her own. He started her on acupuncture, supplements, added certain foods to her diet, and gave me some physical therapy instructions for home. After her first appointment, she got off the couch to greet me when I got home! It had been weeks since she last did that. She was able to walk around much better and has continued to improve with each visit. Dr Ross started her with weekly acupuncture and has since moved to every other week because of the progress she has made. She is now able to go down the stairs (practically on her own), gets up on her own, goes potty outside by herself, and walks around the house on her own. Dr Ross has such a calming and kind demeanor. I wish we had found him sooner! He really has our baby girl's best interest in mind. He isn't trying to make a buck by selling us supplements we don't need. He actually advised that we could give her human supplements to save money. Their check in process is great because it is less stressful for our fur babies. You call from your car and they will come out and get you so that you won't run into any other patients on your way in or out. They also run an Urgent Care clinic some evenings which makes it convenient for refilling prescriptions Thank you Dr Ross and clinic staff for the amazing service!

I am so very grateful to Dr. Rose and the team at Serenity Holistic Vet. Our girl, Nikka, is a 12…read moreyear old Husky/Shepherd mix and she recently developed some hind leg soreness/stiffness and urinary incontinence. We took her to a conventional vet to rule out UTI/kidney issues and had X rays done to ensure there was nothing grossly abnormal structurally with her bones. Everything checked out and I knew I didn't want to start her on a medication with significant side effects or have her on pain meds indefinitely, so I searched for holistic vets who did acupuncture and was so happy to see Dr. Rose was local to us! . On our first visit, Dr. Rose did a thorough exam of Nikka and informed us that Nikka had an unusual heart murmur. A different vet at a conventional clinic that had seen Nikka just a few weeks earlier also mentioned the heart murmur but said it was very mild/quiet and didn't seem concerned about it all and didn't give us any indication that it needed to be investigated. I thought that the murmur must be no big deal based on how the first vet handled the finding. Dr. Rose immediately told us that Nikka's heart murmur was quite pronounced and unusual sounding and she gave us a lot of info and recommendations on next steps. . Well, today we took Nikka to a cardiologist where she had an ECHO and it turns out she has dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), which, thankfully, has been caught early and might be able to be improved with medication and dietary changes. . Dr. Rose literally saved Nikka's life with her attention to detail, her excellent clinical skills, and her prompt and informative follow up and recommendations. I will be eternally and forever grateful to her competence and expertise. . Nikka has also had 2 sessions of acupuncture and cold laser/photobiomodulation and she definitely has more pep in her step. Nikka also loves coming to Serenity Holistic Vet, she isn't anxious or nervous and just settles right down and relaxes when the acupuncture needles are in. Dr. Rose is a gem and we are so lucky to have her here in Murrieta.

Amazing customer service!!!!…read more Went into this location today because the location I normally go to is closed on Sundays. (My husband and I just adopted a dog from a shelter and she was showing symptoms that were worrisome). Josh, who saw our dog Lu Lu today, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything so thoroughly. I did not feel rushed, and was very appreciative of this (especially since we just had a dog pass away). He had amazing bedside manner, thank you Josh!!! All the women at the front desk who assisted me as well today were so sweet and had wonderful customer service! You can tell VCA really cares about animals and helping families with their beloved fur babies! Thank you VCA! (Also love that this location is open 24 hours-incase of an emergency)

Update: I previously posted about my extremely disturbing…read moreexperience at this veterinary emergency hospital. The hospital owner publicly replied on Yelp, stating someone would be contacting me. So far, that has not occurred. This hollow response now appears to be nothing more than a performative attempt to appear concerned to the public. The complete lack of follow-up only reinforces my original assessment of this facility. If this hospital were genuinely committed to patient care or accountability, someone would have reached out.. Instead, the silence speaks volumes. This is a profit-driven operation that prioritizes revenue over animal welfare and client communication. I strongly caution pet owners: if you truly care about your pet do not patronize facility! I also plan to post my reviews to local neighborhood and pet Facebook groups!

When we arrived around 11 a.m., it was definitely busy. There were a lot of people, and some were even standing because all the seats were taken. No dramatic long line. But honestly, they moved through everyone much faster than I expected. We waited about 30-40 minutes, but it went by pretty quickly, and once it was our turn, my dog was in and out in about 10 minutes. They also offer a military discount, which was a nice bonus. I was expecting to spend around $100, but all three of my dog's vaccines came out to only $65 in total! I was honestly shocked at how affordable it was. If you're looking for budget-friendly vaccines for your pet, I highly recommend coming here. They accept walk-ins on Saturdays, and Saturdays are the only day they offer both walk-ins and discounted vaccines. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for my baby girl from now on. Great prices, efficient service, and a wonderful experience overall!
