Unfortunately they canceled an appointment THE EVENING BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO TREAT MY VERY OLD GERMAN SHEPHERD-- they based this cancelation on false records obtained from a vet we have had zero contact with for THREE YEARS!!! I took an ENTIRE day off to catch urine collect fecal samples-- shower my beautiful fur babies-- and they canceled-- their loss not mine-- false advertising-- do not make an appointment they will cancel-- and they want dogs sedated-- sedated-- sedated-- so the dog can do nothing as it is not able to & they can charge 400 dollars!! Dr. Davis was very professional and compassionate. Our little chihuahua/rat terrier mix, Mia, was now an old lady (almost 18), who was deaf, blind, and could barely stand/walk and afflicted with an extremely arched back. She would cry every night and I would hold her in my arms to comfort her then lay her in her bed when she fell asleep in my arms. Dr. Davis did not make the decision to put her down, we did, but emphasized Mia no longer had a good quality of life. She could put her on meds to prolong her life but what type of life would that be? Hubby & I made the heartbreaking but humane decision to put her to sleep. We didn't want her suffering anymore. We kissed her and said our goodbyes as we stepped out bawling outside of the trailer. Our son-in-law was with her when they did the final steps. She is now over the rainbow bridge with our other fur baby Prada, who passed in her sleep last year. We love Dr. Davis's caring & kind demeanor. She is really my son-in-law's veterinarian for his two dogs. We appreciate her kindness and understanding during this difficult circumstance. She was comforting and reassuring about Mia's passing. We thank my SIL for recommending her. Because it's so painful we will no longer have any more pets. This wonderful doctor sent us a thoughtful sympathy card with sweet sentiments. What a lovely & personal touch we truly appreciate. We would highly vouch for her for all your pets' needs. Was skeptical about in-home vet care at first and potentially paying an arm and leg but scheduling with Temecula Creek was the best decision ever! My german shorthaired pointer LOVED their team and they were able to give her hip x-rays with no sedation and knew exactly how to keep my dog from having no idea she was even getting vet care. She just thought friends came over to play with her and give her treats LOL. Also I am pretty sure this visit was cheaper than it would have been in an actual office as they likely would have sedated her since she is very high energy and wiggly. Major plus was that I didn't feel like the doctor was pushing me to do anything if it wasn't necessary and made recommendations based off my dog and our lifestyle. I used to love Dr. Moss... I used to think he was compassionate and caring for animals... Recently, I had him out to do an annual check-up and vaccines for my horse. When I initially called to set up the appointment, I asked about getting my horse's teeth floated... I was told by office staff that they only do that at 4 years old. When Dr. Moss came out I mentioned it to him and he was like well we can do it later this year... He also didn't even bother to look at my horses teeth... he also did not do anything but vaccines and asked if I had any questions... I also mentioned my horse still had one side of his sheath swollen (Dr. Luna was already out before and ran blood tests.), and Dr. Moss said it's just edema... did not care about that it was only one side... I researched causes on my own and discovered that it could be an improper castration... which Dr. Moss did. No wonder why all his associate vets left... read more

Unfortunately would not recommend this place for livestock, as we had a bad experience similar to the other 1-star-reviews. One month of suffering eventually led to the death of my animal due to several misdiagnoses, lack of care/aftercare, ignoring our reports, and failing to admit to surgery in time. All vets there have blocked numbers and they do not even have an option to text a video with symptoms. We would strongly recommend Dr. Robin Perry instead who truly cares about the animal and less about her fee. read more

Dr. Jeff Moss and the whole team at Temecula Creek Veterinary are awesome. I moved my horses to Aguanga about a year ago and Dr. Moss has done a great job with their teeth and vaccinations. His team also came out for an emergency when one of my horses was choking on something it ate in the pasture. He also helped me monitor the post surgery for one of my horses that was performed at San Luis Rey Equine Hospital. All was positive and all my horses are healthy! When our senior (15 years) cat became ill, we could not get him into a crate to take him physically into a vet office. I called Tem Creek and Dr Teresi came to our home to examine him. Sadly, his illness and age combined meant we would have to let him go. Before making this hard decision, Dr Teresi was very up front about all his test results, the prognosis and whether he was suffering or not. Once we made that decision, Tem Creek came back to our home and we were all able to be with Winston to say goodbye. Can't say enough positive things about this practice. Dr. Davis is extremely professional and an excellent vet. She has taken care of my family's pets for a while now and we are so happy we found her office. She is prompt, thorough, and explains things to families. I feel some vets exaggerate or lean towards extreme diagnoses at times and she doesn't do this at all. She tells you what's wrong with your pup based on her diagnostics. You decide what you can do and there is no pressure on performing a procedure at all, as it should be. I recently had both of my older dogs do dentals with her and she updated me throughout the process and was extremely considerate of my concerns about them being under anesthesia for a bit. The cost for both of their dentals was also extremely reasonable and more affordable than other offices in the area. This vet genuinely care about your animal's health and how it affects you as an owner. They aren't like some offices that feel super business/money centric. Tl;dr: I don't think I'll ever go to another vet. These guys are truly the best for both small (dogs and cats) and large animals (just about anything on the farm). Honestly I've never had a bad experience with this vet. For small animal, Dr. Siegel is absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares and wants to help the animals she sees. They're very reasonably priced and don't gouge you like our last vet did. Dr. Siegel isn't afraid to say she isn't sure and is willing to collaborate with another vet before starting treatments for things she isn't 100% sure on. Everybody can appreciate humility like that, especially in that profession. We've only been using these guys for about a year for our cat and dogs but I can't say enough good things. As for the large animal side, Dr. Moss is amazing and so are all the other large animal vets. They're very personable and are knowledgeable in all of the common (and uncommon) things that can go wrong on the farm. I appreciate their always calm demeanor when dealing with animals that aren't easy to handle due to their size, no matter how stressful the situation is. I'm nosy and love to learn about the different veterinary terms, tools, and diseases as well as how to treat them and they're always 100% willing to let me hang out and participate. We've been using large animal for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. On a personal note, a couple of years ago my dog was basically left to die at home by our old vet. We reached out to Dr. Moss in hopes he could at least give us some direction and this amazing soul went completely out of his way before his day's appointment to euthanize my great dane, even though he doesn't work on dogs. He was so empathetic to our situation and even took her body to be cremated for us so we didn't have to. Nobody does that, I doubt you could find someone else that would. read more

It's very difficult to take Louie (my German Shepherd) to the Veterinarian. He gets so excited that he appears extremely aggressive. One Vet asked us to remain outside the clinic because Louie was losing it. Louie had a cyst that required surgery so, the dreaded time back to the Vet has come again. Looking for options, my wife and I found Temecula Creek Veterinary Small Animal Mobile Unit. Dr. Davis and Michelle arrived at our home, asked for an update on Louie and had me bring him out. Excited, Louie ran straight into the mobile unit and they went to work. After the surgery, Dr. Davis brought Louie out and 1 minute later he was in the house, laying on his bed. Wow, that was easy. With all the Covid hoopla, it is nice to be able to stay home and have the vet come to you. I have had them out 3 times this year, for 3 different reasons. Their basic in-home visit has been $80, with additional costs for any "doctoring" that needs to be done. They have a medical van for neutering (or other operations) and prescribe meds, which they also have on hand. They are getting very busy due to Covid, but this way, you are in your own home, the pet is not locked in a cage until it is their "turn", and is (obviously) in their own home and dont have to be driven to and from the vet's. We have a lot of animals and we really want to get a dependable mobile vet. Trying to get in to any vet right now is nearly impossible with covid. I called to make an appointment for 2 of my dogs and an elderly cat and was told they don't come up where I live because for new clients because its too far.
