Dr. Ford was my third and final consult and I knew instantly she was the doctor for me! I was ready to book before the consult was over - it was the first time the meeting felt more like a conversation and not just a formality. Vinny was so incredibly friendly and helpful in scheduling and all of my pre surgery questions. I was shocked when the anesthesiologist reached out to me a day or 2 before surgery just to ask if I had any questions or concerns. This conversation quickly quieted any pre surgery jitters I had. Day of surgery was a breeze. Dr. Ford really made me feel safe and cared for before surgery. This facility is absolutely stunning. Clean and professional. The abilities of Dr Filip are definitely worth it. He integrates different techniques to achieve what you're looking for. I felt comfortable with him and his staff. He didn't give any nonsense false hope, but his knowledge gave me the confidence that he would be the best choice for me. The preparation before surgery is done down to a science to help prevent infection and should be followed exactly. He offers non-narcotic pain relief with a newer pain medicine that manages the pain significantly. I would also recommend "Exparel"- long-acting, non-opioid prescription injection used to numb an area and provide pain relief for up to 72 hours after surgery. You won't regret it. I would highly recommend Dr Filip! P.S. Angie is wonderful! Such an incredible person and thorough throughout the whole process. For reference: I had a breast implant revision (removed and replaced with silicone), mini internal pocket lift, areola replacement and reduction on left side and positioned properly. I'm a 65-year-old woman who was ready for a big transformation -- not to look like someone else, but to feel like myself again. I started by interviewing several surgeons because I was planning to have a lot done and I wanted it to look natural. Many had great reviews and seemed capable, but Dr. Kim stood out from the very beginning. She was thoughtful, thorough, and so knowledgeable. My first consult with her lasted about an hour, and the second one went for two full hours. She took tons of notes on everything I said. I remember walking out thinking, She's the one. So, what did I have done? Quite a bit! I had a face, neck, and brow lift; fat grafting (used as filler in my facial area); lower eyelid blepharoplasty; and perioral dermabrasion on my upper lip. I was under anesthesia for around 8.5 hours. From pre-op to post-op, the process was easy to follow and honestly kind of seamless. I've had zero complications -- none. At the time, I trusted the process and complied--something I now deeply regret. By May, I returned with concerns: bumps on my face, tissue bunching in front of my left ear, and visible divots in my neck. Dr. Eichenberg attempted a revision, but he went back into my face using only local anesthesia, a deeply uncomfortable and distressing experience that no patient should have to endure. Sadly, the issues remained unresolved. Now, eight months and two surgeries later, I've consulted with three other facial surgeons who confirmed the extent of the damage. I'm left with: - Discoloration along my left jawline - Stitches still embedded in my skin - Loss of muscle on the left side of my jaw, causing visible asymmetry - Glands hanging in my neck area These complications have not only altered my appearance but also taken a toll on my emotional well-being. I'm now under the care of a highly respected surgeon who is working to correct the damage. This includes locating and restoring the lost muscle, removing the remaining stitches, and reconstructing my neckline--all at significant additional cost to me. Please, do your research thoroughly.
