I started calling in November to follow up because I didn't hear back. They do not answer their phones. I've left a few messages, every 2 weeks, (not to bombard them) and still absolutely nothing. Such a waste of time when I could have gone to another office and could have had the surgery completed. Update: Manager contacted me and was super helpful and apologetic due to recent staffing changes. I now have an appointment for next month!

Surgeon in Poway was wonderful once it finally got scheduled but the unprofessional staff at Temecula and with surgery schedule is beyond unacceptable. Disappointing. I had surgery there several years ago by Dr. Greek for a deviated Septum. I was…read morenot happy with the offset of the nose, or a new "bump" in the nose either. He said not to worry, that it would get better. Well it never did. I since have seen other ENTs and they have comment on my deviated septum. I recently had another surgery to fix what Dr. Greek did. My surgeon even commented that I was lucky he was "not an expert surgeon" as he left a lot of cartilage in the nose that was broken, whereas most other doctors would have removed it. By Dr. Greek leaving it, it saved me having to have a graft, however this should never have been needed had Dr. Greek fixed my nose the right way the first time. Other than his skills at surgery being sub-par and making matters worse, the office staff was nice and friendly And... im not a yelper with a couple reviews and only posts when I'm pissed... I have lots and believe in being fair, but having to have a 2nd surgery to fix the first, is annoying and costly!

We are very much in agreement with that form of medicine (Blue Zones), which looks for cause, rather than throwing a pharmaceutical at the symptom, and looks for natural ways and supplementation to heal the body! We are quite happy so far. We've had no problem reaching the appointment desk and scheduling appointments. The Athena Health website has been great for asking and receiving timely answers to questions I've had. The onsite lab has also been extremely helpful. Only one thing that others have mentioned in their reviews is that online questionnaires were not logged and once at the appointment, we were asked to redo it, which was bothersome. Overall, the care we've received has been wonderful! Dr Lily is awesome and we hope to continue here for many years to come!

Earliest available appointment was telemedicine about nine days out (next available in-person was 3+ weeks out). The day before my appointment, I received a voicemail stating they won't see me because I have to have an in-person appointment first and urgent care 'doesn't count'. I guess since I'm not dying, they don't need to see me.
