Had a great experience with back office employees, but had to give an overall 3 stars mainly due to the lack of friendliness from the front office desk agent (middle aged Hispanic lady?). I gave a courtesy call to let them know I would be less than 5 min late to my appt due to having an emergency at work, receptionist/front desk was silent on the phone, I said "hello?", her response was, " ...yes, I'm here.." then proceeded to say it was fine. When I checked in, I'm assume the same lady on the phone didn't acknowledge me after chatting with her coworker, just seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, and told me to sign in then have a seat. She didn't bother mention it was going to be a 20+ min wait, it seemed completely dead at the office (just one other patient was there. It was just not a good experience. Back office employees were great! Also, wanted to mention how pushy they are -- they call/text/email me at least twice a week. And it's just too much for me. Prices are also a bit high, even with a reference. My best friend had her lasik done by the same surgeon in La Jolla and was quoted $600 cheaper. I don't know why I ever waited! The procedure was painless, I don't know why I was so apprehensive about this. My results were BETTER than promised. I was told I'd probably need readers, but, I don't! I understand that each persons results may vary, yr mine are experience is stellar! I'll be honest, I am so happy with it half way done, I can't believe what I've been missing. I really spent years "accepting" that I'm losing my vision because I'm getting "older". After several calls and texts I finally set up a consult. I found out that appointment is about an hour and 15 minutes and I arrived 15 minutes early. They literally didn't acknowledge me upon arrival and sign in. After 15 minutes, I asked if I needed to sign anything and they said no. I went for lasik and I was not a candidate so I got scheduled for PRK. On day of PRK surgeon say he was not comfortable performing any laser eye surgery since my cornea was too thin. My only option was EVO ICL. It was DOUBLE THE PRICE. I had surgery July 24th and it was not that bad. On day of surgery you go to surgery center and all the nurses were so caring and made me feel calm. Surgeon LOBUE did an amazing job! LIFE CHANGING! I'm so glad I went with EVO ICL! My left eye has stabilized but my right eye is still blurry from time to time. I understand it can take months for full stabilization. Overall 100% would recommend!! Loved Nvision and will recommend to anyone! GO WITH EVO ICL! Better than laser eye surgery! read more

I had my LASIK done 11/23. They knew I had dry eyes and still told me I was a candidate. I proceeded with the procedure,and let me tell you. It's been the worse mistake of my life. My eyes are so much drier to the point that I see blurry, constantly using eye drop and they burn all the time. I saw an eye Dr for the dry eye condition and currently on a prescription for it. I feel that this company just wanted to make quick money really without thinking of the patient. So if you have dry eyes, please reconsider. read more

Best decision of my life and a great investment that i will use for a lifetime. I was recommended by my optometrist from Target Optical and told me that if i considered having lasik since my prescription was so high. I was thinking about it for a long time but i didnt have any money at that time. so i had my consultation to see if im a perfect candidate. First of all for diabetics, they said i have to be at least 7.0 on my A1C, i was 7.5 but luckily i had a doctor's appointment later that week, fast forward to that, my A1C went down to 6.5. so i told them the good news! so in the next coming week, my lasik surgery was held. they gave me xanax to relax before my surgery, my experience wasnt very painful (if you assume that it is) but its not, the first procedure, they will put that looks like a laminate tape on your eye.. this is just my description but its probably not a laminate tape lol, you feel a little pressure, then Dr. Burns would say, "look down, look up, look at me, look at the green blinking light" after 10-15 min. your 1 eye is done.. then next to other eye. BEFORE YOU GO TO YOUR LASIK SURGERY, make sure all your blinds and windows are shut at home. you'll thank me later. i was given a medical kit like a week before your surgery. After your surgery, i was given some goggles for protection when you go to sleep, some shades when you go out. let me tell you, to me it was a painful experience bec. i should've went home right away but instead we went to dunkin donuts lol. my eyes felt kinda dusty so i applied some refresh drops. of course the sunlight would really hurt your eye bec. i looked at it by accident, and man my eyes stings like a mofo!! dont do that.. after your lasik.. just go straight home, dont stop anywhere else.. of course i had a ride but i kept my eyes shut from the pain. i was crying inside and told her to hurry up.. but of course i didnt do that cuz i didnt wanna be rude! they gave you xanax to go to sleep when you get home, i slept throughout the day. i made a boo-boo bec. when i got home, my eyes really stings from the light in my house, i should've shut my blinds, my windows, anything that reflects light on your eyes should be covered. 12 hrs. later when i woke up, i can finally see clearly w/o my glasses. its a little hazy but it will heal soon, of course i have other issues when looking things up close but thats bec. due to my age, diabetic, etc. everyone is different. so DO NOT PANIC! if it doesnt heal for 2 days, it will heal in a week or so. I would like to thank Dr. Burns for taking care of my eyes, he was very professional and kept me cool, told me to relax, i was worried over nothing. but 1 star off, bec. when i have questions, their counselor.. her name is Jessica G. i understand they are under staff but that doesnt mean you have to ignore my messages, i would send her a text, voicemail, i even try to call their front desk, they would forward me to her voicemail which is pointless, and i wouldnt get anything back. doesnt acknowledge me that i sent her something. BUT she is really nice and accommodating though when you talk to her in person but she sucks at getting back at you if shes not looking at you. so bare with that. but overall, everything was a good experience. read more

Just want to give a shout-out to both Nvision and Temecula Day Surgery Center in Murrieta (next to Rancho Springs hospital). Dr. Burns just did my cataract surgery and he is amazing! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and addresses any concerns, and his bedside manner before and during surgery is very reassuring. The staff at both locations are so kind, thorough, and patient. I highly recommend both! As far as recovery, I have had no pain ( except one day of a little soreness in one eye), no redness, no major swelling, not even a feeling of anything in my eye. It's been one week since my first eye and one day since my second eye and I can see beautifully already! In addition to distance and computer, I'm already reading small print without glasses! I can't wait to see what it's like in the months to come as I continue to heal. read more

The procedures I had went ok, had I known what I was going to suffer in the long run with one of my eyes I would've never done the surgery. Two years later now and I still can't see clearly out of one eye. Honestly I would've been better off with contacts than suffering the way I am now. Secondly my doctor wanted to fix it but he's gone now and the other doctor has decided to leave it alone. The office visits are horrible as you wait for hours!!! Why bother giving you and appointment time when you sit and wait. Appointment was at 2:30 pm and the doctor saw me at 4:30pm and spent all of 5 minutes to tell me he was going to do nothing and that the floaters and blurry vision I am still having is just going to be!! read more

I was referred here by my optometrist, Dr. Poole. I was told for the past few eye exams and two other eye doctors that I would be a good candidate for LASIK, so I finally bit the bullet and went in for the free consultation. I have been legally blind in my left eye for most of my life, couldn't even see the big 'E' on the board. I have struggled between glasses and never found the perfect contacts neither in the past 20 years of wearing corrective lenses. After my consult with Dawn Nagy, I was convinced that this would be the way to go for me. She was very thorough and informative and answered all my questions. I agreed to surgery after she cut me an awesome deal that I couldn't turn down. No money upfront until the day of the surgery and I could cancel at any time until then, no pressure. The day of my surgery, I was quite nervous and had to sit outside as I was starting to get a panic attack after having second thoughts. Dawn personally came outside to comfort me and stayed by my side almost the entire time to hold my hand. She frequently checked in on me and was very reassuring throughout the process. They give you a Xanax to calm you down (it helped a lot) then numbing eye drops before the procedure. It was done in a matter of minutes and i felt absolutely no pain and it was just like watching a light show. As soon as it was over and they sat me up, I could SEE their faces. It was a little hazy, but for the first time in my life, I could see without corrective lenses. I went home with another Xanax where I proceeded to sleep on and off for the next 18 hours. When I woke up the next day, it was amazing. I drove myself to my post op appointment where after being examined, I was told that I could see 20/20! Everything was so clear and so much brighter, like I was seeing everything for the first time. In the last month, I have been tested at 20/20 for my past few post op appointments. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Poole, Dr. Nikpoor (who performed my procedure and who was also so professional and equally amazing) and Dawn for an excellent experience. First visit they did testing and the results were, I can't have lasik but may be a good candidate for cataract surgery. The consultant "Jennifer" immediately started talking about using an upgraded bifocal lens and they used laser for that surgery only at a higher cost. I came back to do cataract testing and go over insurance coverage. Testing was professional as was the surgeon. He stated I would be a good candidate for cataract surgery using standard lenses and the Insurance would pickup most the cost being it was medically needed. Then I had to meet the consultant "Jessica" to go over the details. She stated my insurance would only pickup the surgeon, but I needed special Toric lenses and the upgraded laser equipment or I wouldn't see right. The cost went up from $600 to $3,500 an eye. Completely different from what the surgeon told me. Plus I would have to go to the surgery center down the street and it was my job to negotiate that part of the cost. She slides the quote in front of me knowing my eyes were dilated and no contacts in, I can't see and she knows it. I can't see anything so my wife slides the contract over and sees it's almost $10 grand out of pocket. I told her I'm a sales manager and I know when I'm being up sold. I asked for a copy and she grabbed her copy back and stating it is only for her. We were pissed and stormed out. I felt like I was buying a car from a commission sales group. read more

I got my lasik surgery I believe in December of 2017. I was 19 years old with -4.00 vision. I got the surgery and I was so happy. August 2018, BOTH OF MY RETINAS STARTED DETATCHING! I was only 19! Went to the retina institute right near this place and the doctor cauterized my left retina (saved it) and told me I needed emergency surgery IMMEDIATELY the next day as my right retina was detached and I had to get surgery (scleral buckle). Now my left eye is 20/20 still and my right eye is basically back to -4.00... I know lasik did this because I had no head trauma and none of this ran in my family and it happened to both eyes... Awesome experience! Dr. Burns was amazing. Not going to lie I was pretty nervous going in. The office staff, assistants and everyone involved the morning of the procedure were very friendly and comforting. Care was great and everything was explained so well that you know what to expect. A year and a half post-lasik and I am happier than ever! So happy I had the courage to do it, and sad I did not do it sooner! I do not do my follow-up visits at this location. I do my follow-up visits with my main eye doctor (Cal Oaks Vision Center). My main provider was the one to recommend the surgery since he and his colleagues had gone through NVISION. Nothing but a great experience for me! I love my 20/15 vision! The consultation process was super easy and free. They measure your corneas to see if you are a candidate. I was a candidate and I was able to proceed with the surgery. You go over scheduling/payment with their care coordinator. I forgot her name but she was super sweet and accommodating! At the time, NVISION offered Care Credit and I was able to get 0% financing for 2 years, which I took advantage of and paid off my lasik surgery before the interest kicked in. Pre-op: I was prescribed eye drops for either 1-2 weeks (can't remember now)before surgery. The day of surgery (Friday) they prep you and give you medications that will make you sleepy. The goal is for you to sleep all day after the surgery. Surgery was a total of 15-20 minutes long, waiting to be prepped was where the time went. I was the second surgery of the day. After surgery I went home (someone needs to drive you). I slept all day, woke up around 7pm. My husband fed me dinner and I took a Tylenol PM and went back to bed. The next morning (Saturday), I find myself seeing so clear! My eyes are very dry (normal after lasik) so I use eyedrops as prescribed. My check up I look great and go home. The first 3 months you will follow up with your eye doctor very regularly as they want to make sure everything is going well. Best thing I ever did!! So happy with my eyesight! Tip: Refresh eye drops are expensive at your local pharmacy. Costco sells a 100-pack of single use vials for about $20. read more

The office called me and asked me to reschedule an appointment several weeks earlier for my cataract consultation. I did. When I got there, they informed me that they would be dilating my eyes. I had driven myself and I had an outdoor event planned after the appointment. No one had mentioned this "dilation" when scheduling or rescheduling the appointment. I told them I could not be dilated today. They said they would do the consult and I could come back for the dilation. I agreed. Then another woman came and said that they had to do it all at once and to reschedule. I left. They wasted my time and should have better and consistent communication with potential clients. Very frustrating. I will find another provider. read more

I arrived for my 9:30 appt and all was going smoothly with payment, forms, and pre-testing. At around 11:30, Dr. Nikpoor notify me and two others that she had an emergency cataract procedure that came up at another location and that she only had time to get to the other 2 patients. She glanced at me and said "we'll get you lunch or something" as she was walking away. At that point, I did not feel her sincerity, nor I don't think she gave a damn about my time. I was told that by the office manager that she would return at 2. During that time, I walked to a nearby eatery to grab some lunch and came back at 2. Upon my arrival, I was told to sit in the waiting room. Which I did but felt something was not right. So I asked if Dr. Nikpoor arrived and was told that she will not be back until 2:30. I sat and decided that it was not acceptable. So I told the receptionist that if she was not back by 2:30 that I want a full refund and that I was going to take my business elsewhere. She notified Jennifer the manager who then brought back to her office to tell me that she didn't know what time she was coming back because she had to wait for the anesthesiologist and was behind schedule. Jennifer apologized. So I asked for my refund and left the office. I was not upset by the emergency; I was more upset with how they handle the situation. A truly professional doctor would call her office to have them contact me to let me know that she was behind schedule. But instead they chose to drag it out by giving me false information about her arrival time. I truly believe that Dr. Nikpoor does not value the time, expense, nor effort put into making such procedure possible. I called in a day from work to get this done. It took me years to get to this point to finally getting it done and it didn't happen. Dr. Nikpoor and her staff displayed poor judgment and a lack of consideration for a patient's time. read more

I wouldnt say a 4 more like 3.5 to 4 wasn't the worst experience.. to start my review they are very disorganized I talked to 4 different woman about the consultation and prices and appointments just bouncing around each person was lost from what the last told me was a little confused myself. After about a week they sent me papers to fill out through email and then I was ready for my appointment. The day of surgery wasn't to bad showed up everything went through pretty quickly waited around till it was my turn. In the surgery I had Dr. Eubanks he was very calm and funny made me laugh through the surgery kept me from getting nervous and the fact they play music for you I was listening to linkin park through out my procedure. During the procedure it wasn't painful just felt weird.. afterwards I was sitting in the waiting room so they can release me I noticed the employee gave the lady next to me a lot of info for after care but didn't tell me anything just sent me off like that. Overall the procedure was great I can see much better than before not perfect because I have bad amblyopia in one eye but even with that I can see almost close to 20/20... only thing that would have made the experience better if the employees weren't so disorganized but will still recommend this place to friends.... also it you about a week for my eye to get comfortable the first few days were very painful but went away after 2 or 3 days read more

This process started with a simple phone call inquiry, which was followed quickly by a consultation. After consultation I was setup for LASIK within 2 weeks "Outstanding". I had a wonderful experience getting LASIK surgery done there this past Wednesday. The staff are all very friendly, all my appointments were on time, and they were always very communicative and informative. Dr. Neda Nikpoor performed my surgery and she is the absolute sweetest!! She reassured me before and during my surgery, and even called to check on me later that day. I followed all the instructions given to me for post and pre operation and the next day I could see 20/15 !! And before that I was blind as a bat with a stigmatism and could barely see a few inches in front of me. I am so grateful for the whole NVISION team!!
