The Murrieta senior center is much more welcoming than the Temecula center. Murrieta is far more friendly atmosphere and pleasant.

When she arrived, she was struggling emotionally and academically. Throughout her stay, the Oak Grove team demonstrated patience, compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping her succeed. They provided a structured and supportive environment that helped her focus on her education, personal growth, and emotional well-being. I especially appreciate the dedication of the therapists, teachers, and residential staff who worked tirelessly to encourage her, guide her, and help her stay on track. Their communication with our family and their concern for her progress made a significant difference. No program is perfect, but I truly believe Oak Grove's staff cares deeply about the youth they serve. As a father, I am thankful for the effort, kindness, and support they showed my daughter. I wish continued success to the entire Oak Grove Center team as they continue making a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families. Thank you, Oak Grove Center, for everything you have done for our family.

We brought wrap around services back in, and while schools were closed/remote, we managed him at home with some psych admissions to Del Amo, with in person return to Switzer Learning Center, but transitioned him to a full public school for the last two years of high school where he graduated with high honors and Dean's List. Hang in there, it's worth it.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as people in need of a safe, supportive space to breathe and regroup. The team at Jacob's House extended kindness that felt so genuine--it was as though they wrapped our family in a warm hug during a very heavy time. The home itself is peaceful and thoughtfully maintained, with every detail clearly designed to bring a sense of calm to families like ours. But beyond the physical comforts, what meant the most was the human kindness. The staff checked in on us, offered encouraging words, and created a space where we didn't feel so alone in our grief and uncertainty. It's rare to find a place that truly lives out its mission, but Jacob's House does just that. Their presence made a heartbreaking chapter in our lives just a little bit lighter, and we will always carry gratitude for the compassion they showed us. If you or a loved one are ever in need of a place to stay during a medical emergency in Temecula, know that Jacob's House is a sanctuary--one filled with heart, understanding, and hope. With deep gratitude, Nora

We're welcoming the new clinical nurse's assistants (CNA) & Med Techs to lessen the overall workload of those already here. Our meals have improved in size & varieties. New pasta & seafood dishes,(salmon, shrimp) have been delicious standouts. The activities director keeps residents engaged with fun things to do, but a lack of enthusiasm from most residents make actually going little more than a time suck. I'm still getting really settled in after 14 mos, so it's understandable. What I find just as hurtful as it is unprofessional is the caustic, back-biting demeanors of Some of the top managers. It's really quite stupid to bring such mean, middle school,cliche-ish behavior to work. Serves only to put how little regard u have towards the people u work for on Blast! ESPECIALLY,those residents who suffer with dementia-related issues, who may lose their way or not comply with salty directives given by employees who "are just sooo tired of a res's limitations!" Whether I have to literally force the director to say a greeting is one thing, but the next time I overhear a certain sawed-off worker berate any resident by loudly making one of us feel "Less than" crap , I'll have to speak to Karen about it. U don't belong here, (relatively new) front desk relief person. Karen, Kindly concentrate on your resident's health & safety, like the filthy hallway carpets that we all spread germs to & from our rooms. Respectfully fight for US for a change when advising Corporate of our needs. Via Louis
