Love this gym because I'm a germ freak. This gym has the best manager. Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure things are clean. She keeps up refilling all bottles to clean off the machines and paper towels. A gal goes around making sure she vacuums all over the gym when she is not in the locker room. I take a shower at least 5 days a week in the gym and again they go above and beyond to make sure those are clean. I take most of the classes 5 days a week in Murrieta. They have the greatest Instructors. Been to the other Gyms and it's so overly crowded inside the classrooms and on equipment areas. I also want to mention that at other gyms they don't have an aerobic flooring in class which is so beneficial to your body. Fitness 19 Murrieta and Temecula seem to have that. I was in another form of aerobics for about 18 years and was told they had aerobic flooring so I can feel the difference. I totally recommend this gym in Murrieta. I made multiple attempts in person and each time the employees on shift couldn't tell me what the cancellation policy actually was. They either gave me conflicting information or told me to come back when someone else was working. When I finally got in front of a manager, instead of walking me through the process, he was rude and told me to "read the contract in full." No help, no empathy, no actual answer -- just attitude. If you're considering a membership here, know that signing up is easy but getting out is a deliberate runaround. Staff training on their own policies is clearly nonexistent, and management doesn't care. Plenty of other gyms in the area that treat their members like people. read more

The staff does an amazing job creating a clean, safe, and well-supervised space for kids, which allows me to actually enjoy my time there. This Fitness 19 is better than the Menifee location, if I'm being honest! Seems cleaner, and they have showers. I don't use the showers, but nice to know they're available. The bathrooms are also bigger and cleaner and more updated. Parking can be a hassle, especially after work hours during the week. There are signs posted saying not to park beyond a certain section, but I'm not sure how they would monitor that. The staff here is attentive. Someone is always seated at the counter and greets you when you check in. I also like that the hydromassage and red light therapy rooms are almost always available whenever I go. I'd love to see infrared saunas in here someday soon. Reason for the 4 stars: not sure if they check to see if you're an actual member because I forgot my key fob once and told the guy at the counter, and he just said it was cool and I was good to go. I mean aiiiiight then! I was prepared to give him my phone number for verification, but he didn't ask, lol. Also, I feel like they need to be standing at the counter instead of sitting behind it at the far end, but that's just me. Overall, it's a good place to work out and conveniently located off the 215 freeway. They have a variety of machines, and I don't think I've seen any marked "out of order" so far. They offer a variety of classes, and the membership prices are pretty competitive. I'm a fan of their no-contract membership (if you choose to cancel before a year is up, you pay a $50 fee, I believe). The yearly fee is also $50, but that's not a lot at all. I recommend it, but if you want to test the waters first, they offer a trial. Keep yourself healthy and keep moving!! read more

The management and employees here are super cool, friendly, efficient and take their jobs and their customer satisfaction seriously. The place is great to work out at, gets the job done for all ages and skill levels and very rarely do I see others who are so full of themselves that they make others uncomfortable. If you're looking to pick up, it's not that type of environment that I've seen or experienced, and I've been coming back for 8 years. They have free weights, machines, classes, plentiful cardio machines, tanning, pink light, and hydromassage. I'd say there are also at least 25 flat screens throughout. Prices are great and they accept most Medicare or insurance fitness plans with an option to upgrade. read more

My daughter and I have been going to fitness 19 off Marietta Hot Springs for about five months now and I absolutely love everyone there. Their childcare is absolutely amazing. I got a 9 month old baby and I was kinda nervous about getting a membership due to my baby being so little. But after the first day I felt so comfortable with leaving her with them. Their all so attentive and friendly and if your baby is having a hard time they always always makes sure to call. But today really made me even more comfortable with leaving my baby. There was an incident today with another child going around hurting other people and my baby was one of the victims to the incident and they made sure to remove the child which made me feel more comfortable because at that time my heart was so hurt that another child would go up to my baby and scratch her right in the face was so upsetting. But I feel like that kids club handle the situation properly. Will be going back tomorrow! So if you are looking for an amazing safe friendly kids club/gym to get yoout fitness on! I have been going almost every day (besides sunday) for about a year. I used to bounce between murrieta and menifee but stuck with Murrieta. I have 3 kids and love their kids club - the kids are actually excited to go and bug me if we haven't gone yet that day. It's huge and the employees are super friendly and it's clean in there. The only complaint (and this is sarcastic) is the mirror is right outside the men's locker room and can be awkward sometimes & the lighting makes my forehead shiny LOL other than that wouldn't change a thing. The gym is fine, gets the job done. People at the front counter barely talk or say hi. The big issue I have is with the kids club, they usually have 2 girls watching the kiddos; however it seems as one of them is watching her own kids (she takes her baby and her toddler here so she does not have time to watch anyone else's kid, plus she is not friendly at all. When toddlers are crying or fighting, she doesn't do anything about it because she's holding her baby. I feel like this is not fair, for the parents that are paying for the kids club and for our kids. I'm really thinking about switching gyms, just because of the kids club. I think they all need a customer service training quarterly or something. read more

After several attempts including calling the Menifee location and speaking to the GM there, we finally got some help. (My husband's paperwork mistakenly said that he joined there ‍) To be safe I contacted my bank and disputed the charges and put a stop payment on the ACH withdrawals. (*This created another issue I'll discuss below) Richard from Murrieta gym eventually reached out that same day and he was very apologetic. He said he sent Sarah home after briefly speaking with her and assured me he'd have an additional conversation with her. He said that she was out of line and that he didn't understand why she would speak to the situation. He said that she should have never given us the contact for ABC management and that she should have contacted him immediately. Richard assured me that he'd stop the withdrawals and refund all of the money. This turned out to be partly true. We were refunded a total of $30/$15 each for one month's charges. The remaining balance owed for another month as well as the annual fee (aprox $54 each) ended up being refunded several days later by my bank due to the claim that I opened. *Here is the issue. Putting an ACH stop payment through my bank to prevent further withdrawals caused us to have missed deductions through our new gym in our new city. The ABC management company apparently is also responsible for processing our new gym payments. I have not yet removed the stop payments through my bank as I just don't have time to deal with it right now if Murrieta Fit19 hasn't handled it on their end. Eventually I'll follow up but for now this is where it stands. On another note! Shout out to Caitlin Code Black our former trainer at Fit19 Murrieta. She's awesome! read more

The leaks in the ceiling have been there for years. Wondering if mold has formed or is forming. A good cleaning is needed. People leave trash on floor or in the treadmills. I wouldn't recommend this gym if it was the only gym open within 100 miles of me. The EOS across the street is bigger, has better equipment and the kids club is open for 2 hours not 1. Also the manager of this place just allows his life partner to be rude to customers and work front desk. His "girl"friend who is also the janitor is extremely rude to everyone and eats the children's snacks who have their lunches in the kids clubs. Super unprofessional environment and the GM doesn't mind. I would recommend Metroflex or EOS or Power house if you're in Murrieta. The bathrooms are never clean , the kids club smells of urine. The machines are always broken. The staff doesn't properly watch the children.I could go on for days about this place. My wife and I have been using this gym for over four years now. We were originally drawn to it during COVID as they stayed open and moved equipment into the parking lot for people to use outdoors. This gym has a very nice variety of equipment. The staff is present and it is very popular. A nice mix of people with young, old, people of all colors and races, big and small. The gym has an open feel as the entire front wall is glass to the parking lot and lets in a ton of light. It also has ceiling fans everywhere and about 40 TVs around the entire perimeter of the equipment and cardio area. They also place good music in a constant stream. Some of the equipment is showing age and may need upgrade or replacement in the near future. When equipment does breakdown, it does take quite a while for it to get fixed. Other than that, it is a comfortable environment with respectful attendees and a good location. read more

This is regarding Fitness 19 WILDOMAR! It is running great, with new General Manager Ozzy. He greets you by name when you come in, if he knows it. I have a Trainer named Katelynn and think she is marvelous! She changes the routine so you don't get bored. She explains routines very clearly for you to understand. She always starts your session right on time. If you have a question for her, you can always call her. You can almost always get the equipment you are wanting. The staff is always available and very helpful. I love this gym and even if I am not really in the mood as soon as I walk in the door I am transformed. I have come to this gym for over 5 years. It has been a good gym at this location and served the purpose. The housekeeper is an awesome hard worker- manager is nice- I do notice. However I like many others are fed up with propaganda of MSM (mainstream media) which is an extention of the government. They have about 15 tvs in which most are tuned in to this type of news. Sick of it and sick of seeing people being indoctrinated especially our frightened older populace. I'm kind of surprised that this particular location would not have more of a variety. I love this gym. I don't consider myself a gym rat, but I go early in the mornings most days. There isn't a wait to use any of the machines I want, and it's just a cool vibe. The energy is lively, there's a good mix of young, old, and very old(like me), and it's nice to see familiar faces on a daily basis. I belong to another gym, but I use this one the most. Reasons- The layout and design Lighting Music Classes which start at 5AM which accommodate my early work schedule And the people My only suggestions Can the women's restroom be cleaned more frequently? I have been coming here for about a a year and a half. I'm not a huge gym girl but over the last couple months I have really started to love it here. The front desk staff is always helpful including today when I needed internet to stream something while I worked out. As expected Fitness 19 has gone to an all-time low. Upon review of my bank account I noticed that they had billed me for my wife's membership and annual maintenance fee, and her account was closed a few months ago. I had previously closed my account because they billed me for two annual fees and a monthly fee during the pandemic because they opened for a week, even though I had not visited the gym for almost a year. So when my wife decided she would never visit the gym again, we went to the gym to cancel her membership and sign the documents to confirm her decision. that was a few months ago. Now I must wait until THEY decide to refund my money!! Stay clear of these establishment! read more
