Been to many OTFs around the nation, and this it in my top 10 for sure! Management team and front desk is super uber friendly and welcoming, I truly love what they do, always feeling super welcomed. Next the OTF process, I can't thank you all enough, for kickstarting my comeback, I love my self, my body, and my life now. I can do more with my kiddos and I feel sexy because of it. Lastly the area Director Penny, she is by far one of the most charismatic, compassionate, and results driven humans you'll meet.. She's sensitive and encouraging. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training with her. I have no reservations about her skill, integrity, and work ethic. She's also an excellent communicator. When I arrived it turns out that it was only for Frisco and Plano residents, so I had to pay $30.00. I live in Richardson which is just as close to Plano as Frisco is. So it gave me that Frisco/Plano elitist vibe in terms of management style. All about the money and status.

You get plenty of cardio through HIIT training, but you also get much more functional strength training as well. Also, I love the Fit3D body scanner. It's highly motivating for me to objectively see how my body is changing as I continue to work out at F45. I am lifting much heavier weights than when I started, I've decreased my body fat percentage by several points and I've increased my muscle weight (lean mass) significantly! Quick word of warning - Because of the intensity of these workouts, your first 10 workouts will be BRUTAL and you will likely be sore for days. If you are considering working out here, I strongly encourage you to push through those first 10 workouts. Keep in mind how great of a shape you'll be in if you stick with it. After having worked out here for several months, I am pretty close to being in the best shape of my life.
