Uh, yeah...EAT HERE!!! Really, really, really good "clean" food. Since I travel for work, it's more than challenging to find a healthy lunch-spot that has food I'd want to eat. Muscle Maker Grill (don't let the name hold you back) has great sandwiches, wraps, salads and more with hot and cold options. Mostly, a lunch-spot will offer chips, etc as sides. Here I was able to get steamed-spinach! As in simply steamed. No butter-oil-sauce...just good, clean steamed greens. I order food delivery and it's my 1st time .. I order a beef burger that I spend on it 12$ with sweet potatoes extra charge of 2$ and what did I get :) The bread was whole weat nothing wrong with it..the meat I order it medium but what did I get.. Meat that's obviously not home made And when I check the website I thought it had to do something with Health so I was sure it's homemade and that's not all it was more than well done it was awful about the sweet potato they were burned I was so excited from the idea that finally I will have a healthy hamburger but even looking on the vegetables on top of it it was bad I never had a bad experience with hamburger lately it's not even in burgerking or McDonald's they get better burger I was really ready for that hamburger but you just ruin in my experience I've been eight months not having a hamburger you made me not want to have anymore So disappointed read more

The food was nice but I'm not really a sauce person , next time i know to ask for the sauce on the side, sauces on everything not my thing, would love to go back and try more of their food. My daughter loved the turkey chili. I live in the area and I've been checking this place out since they opened. Last night we tried it for the first time and I can say it DEFINITELY won't be the last. The food was great. Really fresh, nice and hot. I had an amazing wrap (The Rocky Balboa) with broccoli that was cooked to perfection. There aren't a lot of healthy places to eat in our neighborhood so I really hope this place does well and stays around for a long time. The fact that they have delivery and carry-out is a big plus as well. I can see us swinging by at least once a week. The only downside is I wish there was one next to MY gym :) read more

Really great service, I enjoy coming here after a hard workout or after a long day of work. I finally found a place that makes me feel healthy about eating again, instead of not knowing what's really in meals like other restaurants. I love muscle maker because they have great food. The only thing I would say is that some of their employees aren't the friendliest of people. I tend to greet people with "hows it going?" and a decent human being would respond but some of their employees just grunt and look at you as if you're inconveniencing their life. Sorry I'm giving you a job by being a customer there. Least you could do is reciprocate a greeting and be friendly for once. I can't think of anything negative to say about Muscle Maker Grill. This location is run by some of the most caring and passionate individuals I have ever met. The food is quality and fresh. The conversation is always pleasant. They are happy to see their customers, and they continue to delight me on a daily basis. It's great being able to count my macros. I'm down over 50 pounds in the past 6 months, and these guys have a lot to do with it! They make eating healthy an easy process, and I don't think I could have made so much progress without their assistance. Most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have encountered. First time visiting this place. Good menu choices, likely something for whatever you're hungry for. I was mainly looking for a wifi hotspot where I could eat and do some work. It just so happened that this was a health-conscious joint. That said, Im on and off with my healthy eating, so I love when the option is there. I ordered a Santa Fe chicken wrap with brown rice. The plate was under $10, and some people could have probably done half for lunch and saved the other half. The wrap was phenomenal! I really wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, considering it was more on the low cal and healthy side. WARNING! THIS POST WILL ALLOW YOU TO HAVE FAITH IN SOCIETY AGAIN! I'm driving home from work in prime time traffic and my back tire pops! Freaked out I turned into the closest strip center and little did I know, that two angels were less than 20 feet away. I call I friend from work thinking they can come get me, when they oddly tell me how wonderful the management team was at Muscle Maker and they they would be able to lend me $20 for a fix-a-flat. Trust me, I was in disbelief too. I walk into Muscle Maker and they immediately greet me and ask if I'm the one needing assistance. I'm in shock. The first gentleman was Kevin and he came out to access the damage, and quickly let me know a fix-a-flat would do me no good I need another tire. But have no fear, because Adam (the manager and the guardian angel in the pics below) came to the rescue. HE. CHANGED. MY. TIRE. I repeat, he changed my tire. He also let me know that he's already helped 10 other people stuck in the side of the road this year and "This is what Houston is about, helping each other" . Seriously you guys, this is what I'm talking about. REAL, genuine people helping out other people. I've never been so blessed and so lucky! I seriously cannot thank this team for all they did to make sure I was safe and taken care of. So I'm not gonna even front, I had my concerns...I'm not big on health food, but this place is legit. It was my fist time, and the staff was really helpful and courteous. I got a cheeseburger and it's messy and delicious. I'm not big on turkey bacon but I didn't even care. I had a side of turkey meatballs, which were an extra charge, but well worth it. They were delicious and it's a lot of food. It's conveniently located right next to the gym, so it's really easy to just pop right in and grab some food. They also have a tropical protein smooth that is killer. If you are in the area, definitely give it a try...you won't be disappointed!! read more

I like the concept of this place. It's affordable, flavorful, and healthy food. The sodium content is a little high and they do use a lot of sauce sometimes so if you're really watching the sodium intake I would definitely ask for the sauce on the side. I love how they have the macros available for you so you really know what you're consuming. I normally get the xxl turkey wrap with the low carb wrap. It's HUGE and low in calories, I can only finish half of it. i also exclude cheese and ask for less sauce. I would skip on their smoothies, they taste pretty artificial and sugary. read more
