What an amazing place. It's like going back in time. Kyle was cool about answering 1000 questions…read more I had the day before we went and was equally helpful helping out for our day at the track. Troy is the other man to know over there. Such a good dude. Also patiently answered several of my questions and helped me get my old Kart, safe and ready for the track. New tires, a new gas tank fuel lines. They had everything in stock and bolted it on like a pit crew. The track is fantastic and the perfect size for Go Kart. They also have motorcycles out there. Super fun to watch. I feel like it would be a pretty tight circuit on a quick motorcycle. They sell cold drinks, chocolate bars, and chips... All the health food required to survive a day on the track. I ended up leaving my Go Kart there for around $100 a month. They'll start it for you and pull it out with a days notice when you want to go racing. Racing and convenient are usually two words that don't live in the same sentence but you'll find that at this place. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I've been here for about 2 years and this business is falling apart and it's just getting worse. Very unprofessional and this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I was here a couple days ago and 2 fights broke out and the owner nor the staff did nothing to stop it. If you want your kid to race go karts this is not the place if you want your kid hurt and to have no one do anything about it.

I told my…read moredaughter I wanted to do something cool for my birthday and Axe Throwing seemed pretty 80$ for 6 peeps to throw for an hour!! We played all the different games within that hour and it was great! We also played one of the indoor mini golf's rounds and it it brought back alot of memories. They still have projects going on that look like fun and I will be back to see it all and do it all, maybe not Laser Tag, for me but Go Karts for sure!! And always more mini golf!!! They have done an amazing job renovating the property and keeping all the nostalgia from my childhood and dating years, but bringing it into the future also! The fun, food and drinks are reseasonably priced, considering how crazy expensive everything is. And they have all kinds of packages$ or you can go ala carte like we did. Well done Bullwinkle's Upland!! Thank you for an awesome time.

My wife, son and I recently visited Bullwinkle's in Upland for the first time and our experience…read morewasn't that great. We had taken our son to go use the batting cages and when we got to the counter there wasn't anyone to assist us with getting a bat or hat. We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. I had to go to the front counter to go complain because it wasn't fair for us to be waiting so long. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. All I got to say is they have to work better with customer service.

My company booked this place for a corporate event. It was a fun way to have a team building…read moreexperience with coworkers. We ordered food and had seating in a private room as there were 30 of us. For the race you're not allowed to intentionally bump others to get a lead otherwise the staff will slow down your vehicle. So if you're placed in the back it's a challenge to take the lead as difficult to pass others. Overall a fun experience

We visited K1 Speed on a Sunday, and it wasn't very busy--there were only about 20 customers there…read more That was a huge plus because we were able to get on the track just minutes after paying. Originally, we were scheduled to race with a large group, but we asked if it would be possible to race with just the three of us. The employee helping us was kind enough to move us to a different race. We didn't mind waiting a little longer, and we really appreciated that accommodation. After our first race, we waited just a few minutes while another group raced, and then it was our turn again. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is the price. For three people to race twice, plus the required license fees, it came to almost $200. That's a lot for a relatively short activity. Another reason for the rating was the customer service from some of the staff. At one point, we asked a group of employees for assistance, and instead of helping, they kept telling each other for the other to help. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to take responsibility. A little more teamwork and willingness to help customers would go a long way. Overall, the racing itself was fun, and I appreciated the employee who accommodated our request to race as our own group. If the pricing were more reasonable and the customer service more consistent, I'd have a much better experience.

Experience: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Facility: 4.5/5…read more We booked our session through Groupon, which helped save a bit compared to regular pricing. Even with a reservation, it was quite busy the day we went, so there was still a check-in process to go through at the front. That said, everything was organized and moved along reasonably well considering the crowd. I've been to another K1 Speed location before, and this one definitely feels newer and cleaner. The facility is well-maintained, and the helmets were in good condition with no unpleasant odors -- something I really appreciated. The overall environment felt safe and modern. We brought a child with us and asked if it was possible to group them with other kids. The staff was very accommodating and explained the different kart ranges available for younger drivers. They made sure everything was age-appropriate while still keeping the experience fun. As for the track itself, it was exciting and well-designed. The karts were responsive, and the layout had enough turns and straightaways to keep things engaging without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a fun and energetic experience -- especially great for families -- and I'd definitely consider coming back again.

Imagine an experience so bad you finally download the yelp app…read more.. The food experience minus 1 star. Waiting 30 minutes for a pretzel and onion rings sucks, it especially sucks when the onion rings taste horrible and look just as bad. Its even worse that you ordered prior to a party arriving and yet they got at least two orders of wings and pizzas delivered before your food even hit the table. Install a notification system, minus 1 star. Waiting an hour and a half to ride is fine. Not being able to leave is the problem. Its 2026 and you can't have a push notification system for guest....maybe its better with a reservation but living over an hour away and with California's traffic its not something that can be guaranteed for some. It wouldn't be fair to not review the actual thing people come here for. The racing is fun and exciting. Course is done well. Plus 1 star.

However, karts there are terribly maintained, there are only 2 fast karts in a whole row of over 15,you do not get to choose your karts, you get assigned to them.A huge issue with the karts are the seats, the karts are so recked that the seats are sideways, they are not facing the steering wheel, they are like 5-20 degrees off the right or left side.(Only like 2 karts don't have this issue)top speed of the karts are quite high, however the pick up is extremely extremely slow on most of the karts(one of the good kart is no.43) The track is quite wide, wide enough to make mistakes. However i heard they change their track often so if i remember the name right the name of the track i raced was north smth.It was a little too short but good corners.

We got 3 races plus the bronze license which was about $200 per person in total. With this we got gloves and a head wrap thing to keep and you can use their helmets and jumpsuits. We were under the impression you had to wear long sleeves and pants period. BUT turns out you can either wear the long clothes (and just race like that) OR you can have short stuff on and use a jumpsuit. Thank you to the really nice patron that told us that! It is soooo hot out there and a jumpsuit over long clothes was suffocating and unbearable. We went on a Wednesday around 1130am for races starting at noon and had no real issues . All the employees were super nice and didn't give any attitude. The races were about 15-20 minutes apart. We called days ahead and were told weekends were their busiest days and you would likely be waiting over an hour in between races . No thanks. It looked very new and legit , like they hold actual racing tournaments there (I'm sure they do but we didn't ask). Very clean and the tater tots were delicioussss. We got all the information we needed at the very beginning. If anyone is like me , big doses of information go in one ear and out the other . With that being said I wish it was more beginner friendly. We were given all the information and were sent on our way. We didn't really know where to go, just kinda figured it out . Most of the help we got was from the very friendly patron mention above. Just little questions we had like "can we take our water bottle with us" or "can we leave our stuff out here?" ALSO , I am 5'9. My man is 6'3. Those carts are not meant for tall folks lol . The first race I kept getting cramps in my calf. By race 2 I was slightly more comfortable. Race 3 I didn't really notice as much anymore but just know, it is definitely and adjustment. All and all, really amazing experience. I'll give it a 4 because although the employees were nice and answered questions when we saw them, I wish we had like someone to guide us through it all being that it was our first time. At least for the first race. We will likely come back being that the license lasts a year but thank you guys for the awesome experience!

The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.
