Sean McDonald and the service department were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The service was completed as promised, and the motorcycle rides smoothly. I also had a Quad Lock USB charger installed, and the installation was clean and professionally routed with excellent attention to detail. The wiring and cable management look factory-installed. I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions about the service and chain adjustment, and communication was prompt throughout the process. I'm very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and customer service I've received so far. Thank you to Sean and the Malcolm Smith Motorsports service team for taking good care of my motorcycle.

The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.

Yesterday I stopped by Riverside Harley-Davidson, and at first everything seemed great. We were in…read morethe negotiation stage, going back and forth, and after sitting there for over two hours, they finally brought in a manager named Peter Palmer. Unfortunately, that's when the experience went downhill. I completely understand when a dealership reaches its limit and says, "This is the best we can do." I respect honesty and transparency. However, throughout the process, I was never clearly told what they were selling the bike for or what financing rates were available. I repeatedly stated that I have excellent credit and even told them that if they thought I was being dishonest, they could simply verify it and back out of the deal if necessary. When Peter came to the table, he said, "This is not adding up," and then proceeded to laugh in my face. I immediately told him that we should keep the conversation professional. If we couldn't make a deal, I was perfectly fine walking away. At that point, I left and went home. Later, I texted the salesman, Rutendo, who was as helpful as he could be throughout the process. I told him the maximum number I was willing to agree to. He called me back and said that Peter, the finance manager, believed we had a deal and that all they needed to do was run my credit. I agreed and completed the credit application online. Afterward, I received a call from Kehler, and suddenly the agreement we had discussed changed. I was told this new offer was the best they could do. I explained that this was exactly why I was hesitant to run my credit in the first place. It felt like they assumed that once my credit was pulled, I would feel obligated to buy the bike. That's simply not how it works. The professionalism displayed by Peter was beyond disappointing. Had he simply explained from the beginning what rates were available for top-tier credit, what the actual selling price of the bike was, and what their final offer would be, I would have respected that. Instead, it felt like an attempt to pressure me into a deal that was never actually agreed upon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Now I understand why their review scores are so low. Very disappointing from a dealership that claims to be "straight shooters." My experience was the complete opposite.

Troy is the other man to know over there. Such a good dude. Also patiently answered several of my questions and helped me get my old Kart, safe and ready for the track. New tires, a new gas tank fuel lines. They had everything in stock and bolted it on like a pit crew. The track is fantastic and the perfect size for Go Kart. They also have motorcycles out there. Super fun to watch. I feel like it would be a pretty tight circuit on a quick motorcycle. They sell cold drinks, chocolate bars, and chips... All the health food required to survive a day on the track. I ended up leaving my Go Kart there for around $100 a month. They'll start it for you and pull it out with a days notice when you want to go racing. Racing and convenient are usually two words that don't live in the same sentence but you'll find that at this place. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I've been here for about 2 years and this business is falling apart and it's just getting worse. Very unprofessional and this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you want your kid to race go karts this is not the place if you want your kid hurt and to have no one do anything about it.
