My LaVita nightmare began with a difficult cold start. I thought it would be an easy fix and brought it to a local shop. We soon discovered the scooter has been discontinued and locating parts was next to impossible. After several days I began looking for parts myself and was relieved to find what we needed at Supersportz. Unfortunately even with the new parts the other shop could not get the scooter to run correctly. To my surprise, Supersportz offered to pick up the bike from the other shop, bring it to Riverside (35 miles one way) and work on it there. After a few days Tom at Supersportz indicated they too were stumped but had a few more things to try. At that point I began looking for another scooter certain the LaVita would never see the road again. Once again I was surprised when Tom called to indicate it was fixed and would be delivered to my home the next day! Delivered??!! Who does that without charging an arm and a leg? Apparently Supersportz. The scooter runs great, the price was remarkable; in fact I am sure he took a loss on this job. I am so grateful I found a shop that actually does what they say they will do and are honest! The next scooter I buy will be from Supersportz; it is worth the drive. I bought this beautiful sleek motor bike thing 2 years ago, but they call it a "hornet." I ordered the orange one, and it is bright and Poppin! I never have any trouble using it for awhile, but by the end of the first month, it had trouble starting, but my warranty still covered it, and They picked it up and said their mechanic would fix it. I waited a week, and was pleased to understand that they fixed the issue with no problems. Since then, I ride it to work everyday, though I use my car occasionally for when I have passangers. I love the Hornet. It is a fabulous vehicle to own for day to day endeavors, especially going to Trader Joes. I love when people ask me questions about it. Their Manager Tom, is especially insightful in the information he had to offer when I ordered. I remember our conversation about the difference between chinense and japanese scooters, and though the japanese are better quality, THEY are highly expensive, and I could not afford a 4 thousand dollar bike at the time. Now I could, but I am pleased with the Hornet bike. I couldn't get around without it. It's durable too, and still stops smoothly today, probably because I do not wear the brake down, like some Heavy Footed drivers, that don't care about their car's brakes. :( Pity. I just received my new 150TKA reverse trike scooter, and I'm extremely pleased with the scooter and the purchasing/delivery process. I was somewhat concerned, because I've heard horror stories about buying a Chinese scooter from an online company. Tom and Supersportz were every bit as professional and dependable as they advertise to be. My bike was fully assembled, inspected, tuned, and ready to go. It was crated extremely well, and the trucking company delivered it straight into my garage at home. I had a friend give it a once over, because I am a single older gal, and wanted the extra assurance that all parts were tight and safely assembled. The bike was in tip top shape, I checked the air in the tires, added gasoline, and it started up right off the bat. Tom called the day after delivery to make sure everything went well and follow up. None of this "deliver and disappear" behavior you hear about with other online companies. Top Notch service and product from Supersportz. My husband and I had purchased an ATV back in April for my 10 year old sons birthday. We paid the extra 35 dollars for it be assembled, which wasn't a high price at all! We received our ATV within a few weeks of purchase. Since we are California residents, we were able to get free delivery. Once it arrived, we realized that the carburetor was not working. My husband called Supersportz, told them our downfall, and they gladly shipped us a new one! Everything was in tip top shape for my sons birthday! I would recommend Supersportz to anyone looking for ATV's, UTV's, ect. Their employees are extremely nice and helpful and do not play around! I will be doing further business with this company. I went to supersportz in Huntington Beach I was looking for a 150cc Palazzo BMS Scooter I did some research on BMS , and the Reputation of supersportz and BMS supersportz had some great reviews and out of 17, only 4 bad reviews appeared...however, I decided to go to the shop and I met with Matt, he had a lot of experience and Matt had helped me with my purchase. I searched for 4 months, reading lots of reviews on the BMS scooter. LJ, Supersportz's mechanic, was very informative showing me how to start the scooter and how to check the oil and the battery. Beginning as a newly bound college student, I need a great source of transportation and this scooter was a great buy, especially with gas prices so high. Very bad experience with this place. Salespeople are nice at first but then do their best to not honor warranty. Scooters are Chinese and tend to break easily and quickly.
