When We met he gave the bass a thorough inspection and walked me through the work that needed to be done. He also suggested that the bass be shielded to eliminate a really bad buzz. He was upfront about what NEEDED immediate attention vs. what he simply recommended. I ended going with all of his recommendations, but appreciated the fact that he didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary repairs. I also love the fact that he was able to complete the work in a couple of days. The sound and feel are A+++ and the buzz is now non existent. Kurt is knowledge, courteous, professional and very good at what he does. He's gained a customer for life in my and I would recommend him to anyone!

We witnessed a man on their team publicly berating a parent just for following up on cancelled lessons (the school cancelled - not the mom). He screamed at her and hurled racist slurs! The words that were said made no sense, ignored their own errors and failings as a school, and focused only on bogus assumptions about the mom (who was as polite as can be despite the onslaught of hate). He made it clear it was for no other reason than because her skin was brown and she spoke with an accent (even though her English was absolutely perfect!). He included a comment about her "inability to communicate being the reason for her lack of success in life" (he didn't realize he was talking to a PhD with a double 6-figure job!). Still shaken by the lack of professionalism. The school also said they would refund for lessons that were paid for, but never delivered - then failed to refund. This place should be shut down. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid avoid.

He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.
