    I have spent a lot of money at Jared's, specifically this location, over the last few years. We have always been pleased with their bling but our last few visits have been a bit more than annoying. We had to have a few rings we purchased there resized and one ordered. You know the saying it's always better to over communicate than under communicate? Well they had that covered with the eleven emails they sent me over the course of two weeks. It was amazing how fast they went from emails saying my ring had arrived and I had a week to pick it up, to I had three days to pick it up to your jewelry will be sent back to you don't pick it up immediately. That was just in one day alone. Keep in mind that it was paid for in advance. Then the spam "As a member of the Vault Club rewards program you have been specially selected" emails started and they just won't stop! Three weeks later one of the Diamond chips came off of a ring so I took it back. That's when they tried to charge me to fix it, saying the ring was covered because it was new, but they had to charge me to reburnish the metal to reset the new chip or something along those lines. Seeing the super pissed look on my face the kid said he would talk to the repair department to get me a special price on that, all the while continuing to try to sell me an upgraded warranty on the ring. I was reminded of the spiel car dealerships try to give you to get special under coating to keep your car from rusting in Arizona or non-slip seats. When I said I wanted to speak to a manager the tone changed quickly and they agreed to cover it like they were doing me a favor. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect diamonds not to fall from your ring three weeks after buying it, and I sure as heck don't appreciate the attitude I got when I took it back. What I expect is after spending three months pay on a ring for them to stand by their merchandise longer than it takes for the milk to expire in my fridge!

    We always have a wonderful experience at this location and are always treated so kindly! We came in to upgrade my main diamond and get a wedding band for our anniversary and the guy that took care of us was so patient and helpful and really made sure it was exactly what we were wanting. I did have to come back to size up the wedding band and they did so promptly and happily! Thank you so much!

    I had my wedding set resized smaller and soldered together. The ring was shaved down paper thin and attached crooked. I would be happy to supply photos. The ring is essentially ruined and looks like it was put together by a child and could break at any moment. The store offered to put the $300 I paid "towards" fixing the ring and had the nerve to tell me I would have to make up the difference in cost. The ring was ruined by the jeweler at this store and they wanted me to pay to fix it. They had the nerve to tell me one ring was "too worn" (It wasn't worn at all and they didn't mention this the 2 times we visited the store to have it sized) and there was nothing else they could do. I would need to pay to have metal added even though the ring was made SMALLER by them and they were responsible for removing too much metal in the first place. I refused to pay more to have the ring fixed by the jeweler who ruined it and requested a refund. Now I have to find someone to fix my ring and hope it doesn't snap in the mean time. Oh and when I asked the "manager" if after looking at the ring she could honestly say she felt good about the way it turned out she said "no" but still had the audacity to say I would need to pay to get it fixed. This was a devastating experience. My ring was purchased at a 3rd party as a resale and I feel like this store didn't care for it with the same amount of detail and workmanship because of that. It is still my wedding set and they ruined it. If you have he jewelry you actually treasure, stay far away from this awful place.

    I purchased an Omega 500m dive watch here over 15 years ago. Every two years like clock work the battery needs serviced. Because it's a dive watch it has to be sent overseas to be serviced. I usually wait 6-8 weeks and then it's estimated for fees then returned. The staff at this location has always kept me updated on the status on my jewelry. I've been going here for several years and also doing a lifetime warranty on my other watches that I have purchased at this location. They also clean my rings, my necklaces and have always been extra helpful in keeping my jewelry well maintained.

I get it gets busy and getting people in and out quickly but customer service is still very much needed in this place.

Not only does the bracelet have a yellow hue to it still ... but as you can see they didn't even fully rodium the safety chain. It's half white and half yellow now. Total absolute garbage work. When I told the girl it looked yellow her response was "well that happens sometimes". Excuse me? I've had this bracelet for years and never had such a shotty rodium done on it. I cannot believe these people charged me $240 for doing nothing! The bracelet literally looks worse now.
